        I asked for this to be fixed when they first released it, several years on and it is still not fixed.

        What was delivered was the barest minimum sadly.
You cannot see the imported contacts to edit them, it is really intolerant of any spaces in your telephone numbers and MUST have the country code in all of them.
You have to keep manually updating them with a CSV! - not at all greatthe documentation is here:

Need to import a directory of external numbers to Admin portal so they can pushed out to all phones.

This is now fixed and working, GAL contacts now show up.
