Improve Accessiblity to Reactions
I love reactions! However, it can take several clicks and mouse movements to actually access reactions. Then you have to do all of that again so you can turn the reaction off. This makes it a little clunkier to use reactions and it is easier to just raise my hand in person than to use the hand raise reaction.
My suggestion is to add the ability to pin or open a pop up with the reaction options during the meeting (Similar to the chat pop out) or open the reactions menu just by hovering over the button. Or maybe the…

Duplicate onsite settings when duplicating an event
It would be super helpful if onsite settings were duplicated when duplicating an event. Particularly badges and kiosk settings. That way a new event could be created with minimal changes needed to print badges, rather than having to set up new badges each time an event is duplicated.

Automatic download option for Ring Central Video recordings
Another tool our team has used, GoToMeeting, has an option for automatic download of video recordings. It would be nice to have a similar option for Ring Central video

Ability to Remove or Configure Dial-In Numbers in RCV
In RCM, you had the ability to configure which dial-in numbers display when creating an invite for a meeting (https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/RingCentral-Meetings-Specifying-Global-Dial-in-Countries.html?brand=RC_US&product=RingCentral_MVP&language=en_US). It would be helpful to be able to do this in RCV as well.We would also like the option to remove any dial-in numbers from the RCV meeting invite through the Meetings settings tab in the RC App and Admin Portal. Currently, the only way to do this is to wait for the meeting invite to generate in Outlook/Gmail/etc., and then delete the dial-in numbers manually.

STOP automatically connect to my phone camera
Whenever I have a video call, it often automatically connects to my phone camera, and I always have to manually change it to my laptop camera. Please have an option where I can remove my phone camera from the list.

Include meetings/video time in Admin Business Analytics
In the Business Analytics reports, I'd like to see the time spent on videos or meetings. The time and calls inbound or outbound currently don't include things scheduled through RC Video.

Floating Reactions Animation
When someone clicks a reaction, an animated version of the chosen emoji floats upwards from the left side of the screen. The animation of reactions allows participants to express themselves visually during a meeting using emojis. Filter "My Created Tasks" by Completed or Open
The ability to sort/filter "My Created Tasks" category in Workspace, to show Open Tasks only, will make it easier for team members to see what hasn't been actioned, and be able to follow up.
There is currently a check box on the right side of the tasks, this should be it's own column to allow user to sort. Should be a simple fix :)

Customers have a standing meeting (meeting series) which should have two hosts, as it is a joint meeting of two teams with the same area of responsibility. Adding Phone Users
We should be able to add users without extensions. There is something to be said about the convenience of having users on the account. You can easily share recordings to them. However, it is too risky that they will incur unauthorized charges on the account if they have extensions. There should be a way that we can have the best of both worlds, adding users with restrictions.

Auto reply for messenger chat
Please create an auto reply feature for after hours chat messaging. This system is set up for auto reply SMS text messaging but not for the messanger chat feature for both mobile app and desktop app.
