Please add a feature where video creators can play video presentation while users are waiting to be approved to join a certain meeting.

Allow Admins to Enable HD Video for their Users
One of our customers has been having issues with their Video Quality. The recommendation is to have the User Enable their HD Video. The company has 1200 users. Instructing people one by one is not exactly efficient or sustainable. The customer request is to have a global setting to enable HD video across the organisation.

Remote Control for RCM via browser
User still utilized RingCentral Meetings for video meeting and this has limited the remote control. This should still be available while RingCentral meeting is in transition to RingCentral video.

Allow Rooms device to connect to other providers meetings
Rooms appliance only allows connection to RingCentral meetings. This is a major inconvenience in the event that we need to join a video meeting from a different provider such as Teams, Webex, or ZOOM.
Please find a way to allow Rooms appliance to connect to other meetings and not just Call in.

Non-Unique Email Behavior
In RingCentral MVP App contacts search capability; like when dialing a user extension number with non-unique email address; it should only show one entry with the user extension number. As of this time, it shows multiple entries since the Search feature is showing all those with the same contact email addresses. Or, one user profile will show multiple user extension numbers with one contact email address.

Add Nvida Broadcast Compatibility for Video
Nvidia Broadcast uses AI to provide advanced features like background noise removal, virtual background effects, and video noise reduction. These features significantly improve video quality in video calls, and perform better than the ones integrated in RingCentral itself. This feature is supported in RingCentral for Audio, but does not currently work for video.

Call Monitoring
Adding call monitoring to a User group in the RingCentral portal, does not allow you to edit the call monitoring features. It will be great to add call recording that only allows Listen only.

RC Meetings - add an option to join from RC App to the RCM Join from Browser page
In the Current redirect logic on the RC Meetings page for joining a meeting from web, https://meetings.ringcentral.com/wc/username/[meetingID]/join# there is no link on the page to go join a meeting from the RC App. Please add a link to this page to allow users to join from RC App. The reason for this is that if users have selected to never see the pop-up for RC App (or if the pop-up fails to load for another reason) on the meetings.ringcentral.com/join page, it will automatically redirect to the above join from browser page. We need to be able to send a link to someone that is fully dedicated to only sharing their screen, they give us permission.
Ideally, we have a feature where we click a create link or create text to ask someone to give us permission to see their screen. We are on a separate phone or work phone, but we can shoot them over a quick link, that allows us to tap into their screen. All the same features as a presenter sharing their screen on a video call. Integrate RSVP info into RCV meetings
I would like to see the Outlook RSVP information of "Accept" or "Decline" added to my RCV video meeting so I can easily see who I should expect to join the meeting. It is a pain to toggle back to the meeting invite when you are sitting on a call and you cannot tell who is supposed to join or not. Would be nice if there was a clear way to see the RSVP list so you aren't just waiting for people who maybe said "no" on the invite.

Switch Bluetooth headset when switching meeting from desktop to mobile.
On the desktop I am on a meeting/Webinar. I am paired with Bluetooth headset on the desktop. Now I want to switch to Mobile device for the meeting/webinar. Today I need to unpair BLE headset on desktop and repair it on mobile.
The feature request is to automatically unpair the BLE headset from desktop and pair it with Mobile and vice versa.

Disable hosts from being able to delete/access meeting recordings
We have meeting hosts who are able to access and delete video meeting recordings. Their doing this will also delete the recording from admin portal. Please implement an access control where only super admins can have access to video recordings and hosts/other participants can send a access request to view the recordings.
