Better Integration With Audio Devices
I have a Poly Sync 20-M (the Teams version), and other video conferencing apps that I use (Teams, Zoom, etc.) will sync the mute button on the speaker with the mute control in the app. So if I press the mute button in the app with my mouse, the speaker turns red and the mute indicator lights. If I then push the mute button on the speaker, it will turn off mute in the meeting app.

Billing Contact info to send notifications to multiple email addresses
- Our customer called and he also wants to receive RingCentral offers and billing updates like how is the email in billing contact info is receiving updates.
- Educate cx that the billing contact info can only take one email putting multiple emails to its box is a feature request

host can view into multiple breakout rooms at a time
Allow hosts to manage, control, view multiple breakout rooms at the same time. As a host, after I move participants into breakout rooms, I would like to be able to view what is happening in the breakout room without needing to join them. In a perfect world, I would be able to project an image or a video into a breakout room without needing to join them. A golden star level would be ability to speak into a specific breakout room (the way intercom works in schools) without joining the room or loosing view of other rooms

Add Breakout Rooms for Webinar
I need webinars to contain breakout rooms, preferably with links that participants can click on, so that my cohost doesn't have to assign each person into a breakout room. Breakout rooms are currently only available in Video Meetings, but this doesn't help me for my Webinar 500 subscription. Most webinars these days will need breakout rooms, especially for professional development.

Please build a one time link generator and scheduler! Currently we pay a lot of money for Calendly subscriptions just for this feature and it would provide a lot of value to us and a majority of your users if Ring Central could implement it. We want a scheduler that will generate a one time use link that we can send to clients. Screen share control panel minimized
Today when I share my screen and select record I have two toolbars, one small toolbar at the top of the screen, this toolbar is perfect. I can slide it to the side if I need to get to a tab in a web page while sharing. Now the other participant panel is less that ideal. It take up too much room and I am constantly moving it to show something. Before you say, well you should use two monitors I will kindly ask that the floating toolbar simply be collapsed into the the top tool bar. A nice tough…

Ability to customize meeting name/title with scheduled meetings with PMI.
It would be nice if we can have the ability to customize the meeting title/name of all scheduled meetings that are using PMI (personal meeting information). Currently, this is only available if the meeting has a unique link/ID/password.

RCV - Invite by RC APP & Invite by Teams
When in meeting, having the ability to invite by RC App and have all the join links send directly via GLIP / RC App to Contacts, Teams internally will be useful. Same ability for MS Teams - ability for customers to invite to MS Teams users from invite button.

Webinar - Needs the ability to change the sizes of the screen shared and the video feed in the bottom right hand corner
No way to change sizing of the feed, video feed that I am watching is a fourm with multiple people and is tiny in the bottom right hand corner, no way to change the sizing of this video feed.

Adding the Remote Control Support for RingCentral Video Meeting using RingCentral App web version.
Current Remote Control support for RingCentral Video Meetings requires a full screen and RingCentral App for desktop.Providing the Remote Control feature while using the RingCentral App web version will allow a new user to utilize the Share Screen remote control without the need to register to RingCentral and install the RingCentral App for desktop to use the remote control feature.

Use the same Team Name on Video Meeting
