Meeting Recording Consent
Zoom has a feature where if a meeting is being recorded, the user is notified upon entering the meeting and the user is not admitted to the meeting unless they consent to the recording of the meeting. A report can be generated at the conclusion of the meeting to show the users who consented to the recording. This would be great for public meetings where you have to legally inform people their image and/or voice is being recorded.SThis should be created for ALL videoconference platrforms, Meetings and Video, standalone and unified apps.

See the list of participants dial-into conference line
I'd like to see all participants either during or after the call. I'm not seeing who is dialed into a specific conference number (host/participant code). Another feature request that i've seen with other vendors is the ability for RC to call the participant when ready to join the call. So participant only has to click a link and type in their own number, rather than have to type in the conf number and participant code

Display profile of meeting attendees
I am in a customer facing role. In many of the meetings I attend, I find I spend a fair amount of time & mental focus trying to understand who the other people are in the meeting and why they are there. E.g., does person A report to person B? Is person C an RC Salesperson or the Partner? Why does person D keep steering the conversation towards topic X? Being able to access that context would allow me to focus much more on the conversation at hand instead of using my powers of inference & deduction to figure out…

Automatically share meeting recording with all participants invited
Automatically share recording with all participants invited, instead of having to manually go to the recording page then share.We have daily meetings that are recorded, not all employees can attend. Would like to have it automatically shared with all participants. I have set up a forward on the email, to send to the participants once the vidoe is avalialbe, but still have to manually add them. Need this to be automatic.

allow conference calling without the video features for organizer
when an organizer wants to call in to a conference call it treats them like a participant and puts them in a waiting room. Can you add the ability for the organizer to create an open call where all callers are automatically allowed in and the call ends when all participants hang up? basically this is a non centrally controlled call where all callers join the call and there is no moderator or controller just an open line to call in to. seems like being the controller requires you to be on the website doing a video call just to…

Programmatic access to alter/access/edit virtual background
Our internal support representative brought up a customer request where they were looking to change/provide virtual background automatically for their users. Currently, there is no RCV API or programmatic way of doing that. It would be very helpful

need to have a backup to retrieve people that register for a webinar
if the webinar schedule was adjusted, please do not delete the people that register or at least have a ack up to retrieve the list of the people who registered instead of resending another invite

RingCentral Meetings font color
Hope there will be an option to change the font color of the meeting interface. I can barely see the font letters in gray which is almost the same shade of the background.

RingCentral Video now supports Full HD cameras for both incoming and outgoing videos. If your computer and camera can provide Full HD (1080p) quality video, you can now appear in the highest quality meetings.

"Use network audio on mobile"
Whether on WiFi or on cell network signal, a user is prompted to “use internet audio”. Wondering if this can change to “use network audio” in the event a user is joining but their phone is not connected to any WiFi. Common use case if someone is traveling on the road or even outside on a walk, away from any wifi.

Launching third party meetings
I use RingCentral Video religiously. However, sometimes I am added to MS Teams/Webex/Zoom or other calls. The meeting shows up in my calendar under my RC App Meetings tab. The issue is that I need to copy the meeting information or make it pop into Outlook to click on the meeting link.Is it possible to scan the meeting info content and simply launch the url?
