Bulk export/download of Meeting Recordings from the cloud
Allow users and admins to do a bulk download/export of all meeting recordings held in the RC cloud. This would allow for better maintenance of cloud storage space, retrieval of all recordings when off boarding staff, or when in need of retrieving multiple recordings to post elsewhere for trainings and documentation.

Survey Link to preview Questions post Webinar
When creating a Survey to send out at the end of a webinar, it would be EXTREMELY helpful to have the ability to VIEW the questions in a way that is in 'real time' as to how it will be received by the attendee. Additionally, one MAJOR ISSUE is I can not see the entire survey on my screen (currently has 8 questions) and there is not way to scroll down the screen so i have to shrink my screen size to fit the survey but now it's so small, i can't read the survey. Give co-host more authority during RingCentral Video
By having the host being the only one with access to the Meeting Room function (setting up rooms, designating participants, etc.), for larger group meetings, this does not allow for an efficient distribution of work and sharing of tasks. Giving shared authority would allow the meeting hosts / co-hosts to work as more of a team on behind-the-scenes logistics, etc.

One of the things that management would like to have is a list of people that join each session. This would be helpful for all types of web meetings that will be even on past meetings.

Tell viewers who's speaking from the group (in file sharing mode)
In v.ringcentral.com in a video meeting when somebody is sharing the screen and some other people (not the presenter) are talking, it would be good to have a notification with: XYZ is speaking now. You cannot see them but would be good to have a name for the voice you hear at any given moment. The notification can appear for speeches over 5 seconds long for example. Personally I would appreciate such a feature.

Launching an active RingCentral Meetings from meeting link contained within the invitation launches a browser prior to launching the installed RingCentral Meetings desktop application. The inclusion of promotional / marketing material on the browser to existing RingCentral customers is an annoyance, and counterintuitive

Video Screen Share and Recordings are VERY blurry on high resolution screens
Hello, the Screen sharing that we use when we host meetings are extremely blurry on high resolution screens. The meeting recordings are also equally blurry. I have called support many times, and was told that I need to LOWER my screen resolution to fix the issue. I can lower the screen resolution but I cannot work like that. The screen is too zoomed in for me to work and share my screen. This needs to be fixed for our team. Zoom is a FREE option, and I have no problem on the video recordings using the same screen. Ability to save RC meeting recordings to external storage
It would be nice to be able to save recordings of meetings outside of RingCentral like you have the ability to do with the RC archiver beta app where you can save users call recordings and settings externally. We pay for the RC storage but once it's close to capacity, we have to either take a ton of time to download each meeting individually or delete them, hoping we won't need to refer to them in the future.

Add Meeting Options when Scheduling - Recording, Default Layout, Waiting Room behavior, etc
This would be useful for giving users these options on a per meeting basis, versus just default settings for users and organization, as meetings can have unique requirements.

Ability for Hosts and Moderators to force stop a participant screenshare.
Many times during meetings, you'll have numerous participants that need to share content. However, as the meeting progresses, there can be times when an open conversation ensues about the content that was presented. Rather than everyone staring at the same slide for 10 minutes while the discussion occurs, it would be nice for the Host to have the ability to bring everyone back to video so you can see their faces during the conversation. Yes, you can simply ask the person to stop sharing, but that interrupts the meeting flow.

Ring Central \Meetings-Breakout Rooms should allow participants who joined by browser to be assigned to room
Sometimes our clients join the meeting by browser and we need to be able to put them in Breakout Rooms. It works in ZOOM.
