Facebook Portal is an $100 Video Conference Unit that allows SME's to cost-effectively integrate Room-based units into Video Meetings. They have a model whereby 3rd Parties can use the platform - Zoom for example can be used. It makes for a great differentiator against MS Teams!

Not have to use a calendar to see any schedule created
We need to not have to have a calendar setup but still see list of scheduled meetings. Currently you must have a clanedar connected and you only see schedules for the next week.

Provide Fade-out option for Weatherman/Presenter Mode
The request is for a "Weatherman/Presenter Mode" to have a fade out option available. If a user goes into presentation mode, then after the predefined time (30 secs, 1 min, etc.), the presenter's image fades out completely from view. Weatherman is a very nice way to tie your image to a presentation in a personal way. However, after a very short amount of time it becomes distracting and a focal point over the intended presentation. A fade out allows for the personalized connection between the presenter and the audience, but once that connection is made the prolonged visual reference overtakes…

Recurring Meetings: For it to have an option to select days of the week
As of the moment, we need to create 2 weekly recurring meetings (one on Tuesday and one on Thursday) because the schedule options are only daily/weekly/monthly. It would make it easier if there was an option to select the days of the week that you need it to recur.

Once in the meeting, you can invite external participants via email through the RC Room controller.

Anonymize RCV participants by host
The request is for a host or participants to be able to anonymize their telephone number if dialing in from phone. For example, if the CEO joins the meeting from a home phone, we need to anonymize or hide that telephone number so that its not public facing.

Add RCV Outlook plugin that works from Outlook Mail tab
Our company has been using RingCentral Meetings for quite some time now, and this was a smooth rollout using the Ring Central Meetings for Outlook plugin. People in our company when in Outlook are on the mail page 90% of the time and having the option to schedule or start an instant meeting right on that page made it quick and easy. This I believe is the main reason RingCentral meetings was adopted so quickly and we were not pressured by the Execs to visit Microsoft Teams, Zoom or other platforms. Revise the Side-by-side option to allow Viewing of two shared screens
Use Case: As a trainer, we have two participants sharing their screens, following training instructions. Trainer wants to watch both participants enter the information simultaneously. Had hoped that the side-by-side option allowed viewing of both shared screens simultaneously. Currently, all that can be viewed using the side-by-side option is one shared screen and the participants. As per the community support response, the only recourse is to activate multiple shared screens and toggle between the shared screens.

Add Webinar Registration Details on Registration Page
this was for Webinars on RCM. They are basically setting up recurring webinars with each webinar having a different topic in the webinar series. Default to speaker view when starting videos
Allow user to choose a default view for all videos - speaker view would be my preference, but others may want to always be in gallery view or other set ups.

Provide soft lighting or other more flattering options
Zoom allows a set up where you can soften the lighting and slightly blur your video - makes you look a little more attractive on videos. Would be great to have a similar feature. If this feature already exists, make it far easier to find!
