Option to turn off video of other participants on your device when internet bandwidth is low
This is a useful feature I found in MS Teams. When my internet bandwidth is low, I turn off my own video. I found the option to not receive video of other participants and use it often. In most cases, I don't need to see faces (online training or webinars, for example) and it is a waste of bandwidth (especially for countries with very slow internet)

Invite company team member to an active video call or screen share
From the invite participants button, there should be an option to send a direct message to a company team member, and/or the ability to call their extension. Currently, the option to call by phone does access my contact list or allow me to enter a fellow team members extension. If I use the desktop app to call them, or they call me, there has to be an easy way to merge or move that call to an existing meeting.Case example. Countdown timer for meeting time left
Show countdown timer for meeting time left on screen.Can be option to setup for full meeting or last 10-15 mins.Can be dismissed by host Large font (non distracting on the corner of the screen bottom or top).

Ability to Edit Webinar Verbiage
Users with webinar licenses would find the ability to change webinar verbiage useful. For example, the 'Speakers' section continues to say 'Speakers' even when there is only one speaker designated. Also, the word Speaker should be editable to say 'Presenter' or any other word the customer chooses. This functionality exists with Zoom.

Built-In Screenshot/Photograbber with Share options
Basically, just a button that would screenshot the current gallery and prompt an option to share the image to different platforms (Social Media, Email, Messaging etc)

Add a RingCentral Test Room
We would LOVE to see RingCentral add a "test room" feature so that external guests of our meetings can test their permissions before hand in a test environment. Zoom currently has this feature (https://zoom.us/test).

RingCentral Video Allow participants to point with their mouse
TeamViewer has a great feature, remote pointing, that allows participants to click on the presenter's screen and have the participant's mouse pointer temporarily appear at the desired location. The pointer is large and colored to be noticeable and also has the participant's name to identify who is pointing. The pointer is just visual and does not have the ability to click elements on the presenter's screen. Upload Pre-Edited Webinar to Platform
This webinar platform is basically useless as a lead generation tool currently. Poor registration options and tracking capabilities along with poor webinar capabilities for on demand webinars with no option to upload a webinar to the platform to play back when users want it to, whenever.

Split Screen in Glip
When in a meeting via RCVideo/Glip, having the ability to see messages or engage in a glip message on same screen vs minimizing your meeting, in order to respond to a glip message, or create a task, or multi task. If we could have a split screen option/single screen ability to message & access parts of glip, while on a call with screen or video gallery still up, not minimized. Hope that makes sense! Thanks in advance for your help!

Status Updates
For long meetings, it would be cool to have a feature to exchange the photo (or initials) with a Be Right Back (BRB) status or Away from Keyboard (AFK). This could allow us to step away for a minute or two without disrupting a meeting.

Support emojis, GIFS and Paste images and videos directly into Chat
Now chat only supports text. MS Teams allows a MUCH richer experience in Chat, with emoticons, GIFs, copy and paste images and videos.

Add Date & Time to body of an email meeting invite for RC Video
We are looking to have the date and time automatically added to the body of an Outlook email invite for RingCentral Video. This seems to work with RingCentral Meetings, see attached image. We schedule meetings with the RingCentral app

Add timer for the presenter
adding timer gives the presenter to know how many minutes is left and should have the ability to set and reset the timer . Currently it is not their in zoom or any video meeting . For RingCentral it will be great feature .

Change Outgoing Video Call Sound Settings
The outgoing Video Call sound is a bit loud and obnoxious compared to the Phone call. It would be nice to be able to change the tone, volume, and/or disable it.

Consistent sound level from different participants in meeting
Everyone is living in meeting now.Some participants are low talkers or have terrible microphones. Others are loud.I have my speakers on max to hear one person and then someone else speaks and blows out my ear drum.

Add a Visible Timer to Meetings
It would be nice to give speakers/presenters a visual queue on how much time they have left. People often present for longer than their allotted time because they are unaware of how much time they have used. Maybe have it hover over a shared screen or permanently in the corner of the window?
