Programmatic access to alter/access/edit virtual background
Our internal support representative brought up a customer request where they were looking to change/provide virtual background automatically for their users. Currently, there is no RCV API or programmatic way of doing that. It would be very helpful

need to have a backup to retrieve people that register for a webinar
if the webinar schedule was adjusted, please do not delete the people that register or at least have a ack up to retrieve the list of the people who registered instead of resending another invite

RingCentral Meetings font color
Hope there will be an option to change the font color of the meeting interface. I can barely see the font letters in gray which is almost the same shade of the background.

"Use network audio on mobile"
Whether on WiFi or on cell network signal, a user is prompted to “use internet audio”. Wondering if this can change to “use network audio” in the event a user is joining but their phone is not connected to any WiFi. Common use case if someone is traveling on the road or even outside on a walk, away from any wifi.

Launching third party meetings
I use RingCentral Video religiously. However, sometimes I am added to MS Teams/Webex/Zoom or other calls. The meeting shows up in my calendar under my RC App Meetings tab. The issue is that I need to copy the meeting information or make it pop into Outlook to click on the meeting link.Is it possible to scan the meeting info content and simply launch the url?

scheuled meeting is ending soon
when a meeting is 90% to the scheduled end time, a notification pops up for the meeting host to end the meeting on time.

Adding Immersive View
It would be very helpful to add "Immersive View" to the Ring Central platform (similar to what zoom has done: https://blog.zoom.us/introducing-zoom-immersive-view/?utm_source=social&utm_medium=organic-social&utm_campaign=). This will be especially helpful for meetings that would benefit from having more of an in-person feel (for example, running group therapy). Thank you so much!

RingCentral Video Meeting Available in Citrix Environment
The ability to host a RingCentral Video meeting in the citrix environment and offload resource use to the local desktop. Similar to what Zoom is doing.
