  1. TeamViewer has a great feature, remote pointing, that allows participants to click on the presenter's screen and have the participant's mouse pointer temporarily appear at the desired location. The pointer is large and colored to be noticeable and also has the participant's name to identify who is pointing. The pointer is just visual and does not have the ability to click elements on the presenter's screen. This is great for 'showing' the presenter where to click without having to worry about security concerns of remote control. This feature is always on, so it is just there without having to turn…

  2. This webinar platform is basically useless as a lead generation tool currently. Poor registration options and tracking capabilities along with poor webinar capabilities for on demand webinars with no option to upload a webinar to the platform to play back when users want it to, whenever.

  4. When in a meeting via RCVideo/Glip, having the ability to see messages or engage in a glip message on same screen vs minimizing your meeting, in order to respond to a glip message, or create a task, or multi task. If we could have a split screen option/single screen ability to message & access parts of glip, while on a call with screen or video gallery still up, not minimized. Hope that makes sense! Thanks in advance for your help!

  5. For long meetings, it would be cool to have a feature to exchange the photo (or initials) with a Be Right Back (BRB) status or Away from Keyboard (AFK). This could allow us to step away for a minute or two without disrupting a meeting.

  6. Now chat only supports text. MS Teams allows a MUCH richer experience in Chat, with emoticons, GIFs, copy and paste images and videos.

  7. We are looking to have the date and time automatically added to the body of an Outlook email invite for RingCentral Video. This seems to work with RingCentral Meetings, see attached image. We schedule meetings with the RingCentral app

  8. adding timer gives the presenter to know how many minutes is left and should have the ability to set and reset the timer . Currently it is not their in zoom or any video meeting . For RingCentral it will be great feature .

  9. The outgoing Video Call sound is a bit loud and obnoxious compared to the Phone call. It would be nice to be able to change the tone, volume, and/or disable it.

  10. Everyone is living in meeting now. Some participants are low talkers or have terrible microphones. Others are loud.I have my speakers on max to hear one person and then someone else speaks and blows out my ear drum.

  11. It would be nice to give speakers/presenters a visual queue on how much time they have left. People often present for longer than their allotted time because they are unaware of how much time they have used. Maybe have it hover over a shared screen or permanently in the corner of the window? Something like this: https://www.timetimer.com/collections/applications/products/time-timer-desktop-application-mac-and-windows_2

  13. It would great if after users register for a webinar the reply the service sends is in the format of a calendar invite, not an email.

  14. We need a way for an admin on the RC account to be able to take over Host capabilities for a meeting. Ex: Start meeting, mute all, recording, Breakout-rooms (when they are available), etc. Use Case: Sherry schedules a meeting with about 200 people invited. On the day it is supposed to happen, Sherry is out sick. There needs to be a way for someone else to take meeting host capabilities over to start the meeting and run it. A similar feature exists in RCM (host code), but it has limitations. This feature needs to be possible both with and…

  15. The request is for a granular option that allows meeting participants to control whose video they want to see and who on the far end can see their video during a meeting.

  16. The icons appear the same as the ones from Zoom. Use personalized icons, so it doesn't seem as if it was copied from Zoom.

  17. For Mac users on the New Outlook, when trying to schedule a RingCentral meeting through the RCM app on desktop, the invitation will populate as an attachment, rather than with the actual details itself. There should be a feature on RCM that's available for the New Outlook, so that the meetings can populate with the actual invitation, rather than as an attachment.

  18. I have a couple of user's who have limited bandwidth, but need to join RCV meetings. Would it be passible to leave it to the discretion of the participant, to disable video from other attendees, and only enable it when required. Like presentations, etc.. Currently I believe that it's only the host/moderator that has this capability. With everyone working from home these days they have the need to meet more online, but some are in locations where ISPs cap the usage/month. Video can be a bandwidth killer.

  19. There should be a way to enable an inbound call automatically to join a meeting. For example, when dialing a certain number, rather than go to a attendant to enter another 10 digits, there should be a way to be dropped directly into a meeting with using the same meeting ID (example: personal meeting ID).
