COntacts no available when adding video by phone number
Its pretty dumb that when you start a meeting and want to invite by phone, you cant see who the phone number belongs to ?It should show all contacts and numbers

Add a soft edge (slight blur) to the Virtual Background edge so it doesn't feel as hard
The request is for a more refined/cleaner virtual background. It would be great if there were a very light soft edge (slight blur) to the Virtual Background edge, so it does not feel quite as harsh.

Add video meeting history to RC App
The RingEX Application has Phone Call history but nothing for Meetings.
There are 2 categories for Video Meetings - Upcoming Scheduled and Recordings.
Since it's not always possible to attend every team meeting, it would be useful to provide users with a complete history of meetings that contain the following information:Meeting detailsText chat transcriptsClosed captioned transcript of speakersVideo & audio recording.
It would also be useful to add this information to the Shelf if the meeting was associated with a messaging team.
All options should have Admin control to enable/disable history and also provide retention time duration.1 vote -

Better accessibility in RCV Meeting tool for blind users
For example:
- The chat appears to show up below the rest of the content
- When chat messages are received, there is no alert that lets a user know they have a message so someone using a screen reader would not know to open the chat to read whatever messages might have been sent to them.
- No indication of when a user enters or leaves the meeting (it did not appear with JAWS

Allow people to register for a meeting (virtual training)
Currently registration is only allowed for the webinar component and is not featureed for a RingCentral meeting. The value of allowing registration for a meeting allows a teacher to have a class list they can refer to before the class starts - know the audience. Scheduling training using the webinar will not work as breakout rooms are not enabled for webinars and this is a must have feature for training.

Hello there, I have an idea of how to improve our video product. Issue: When a host or speaker presents something it's really difficult to remember all text into the head. And usually, they prepare some document with text, or if it's Google Slides you can use Speaker notes. Anyway, as a speaker you need to read your notes and the audience sees that your eyes watching not in front of the camera. In this case, you are losing contact with the audience. Add "Invite by Contact" or "Invite by Video" to RCV desktop/web App
When using the RingEX Mobile App for a RCV meeting, there is an option to "Invite by Video" into a current RCV meeting. When using the desktop or web app, you are unable to invite a contact or invite by video into an active RCV meeting.

Compile Webinar Attendee Reports
Under "Reports" > "Usage Reports" > "Webinar" it would be nice to be able to check boxes from a series of webinars between a range of dates and generate one Excel document with all the data automatically. Currently reports must be generated one at a time and complied by hand.
