Ring Central Desktop App should work with Outlook for Scheduling
For whatever reason RC is phasing out the Ring Central video and using the desktop app directly. This is great however, users cannot see their scheduled meeting without having connected Google or MS O365. What about On-prem users? We do not have MS accounts. Now users cannot see their scheduled meetings. This should be an easy fix as when you do schedule a meeting, the software does open Outlook to send the invite.

Allow two or more attendees to present simultaneously
It would be ideal to allow two or more to present simultaneously with the use of the overlay feature. This is ideal for lets say a scientific debate where two people are presenting slides or some other material in real time. Then a third person (moderator) who let's say is in the middle of the presenters can react to what is being shown.

Add meeting history for recent meetings
Having recent meeting IDs in the very helpful for meetings that occur regularly. The old app had the last 5 or so meeting IDs available in the drop down, and that would be good to bring back.

Opt out of conversation in Meeting
I am forced to be in the group chat for my organization. Every time someone posts a gif or makes a comment i get a notification. Even though it is just a small red dot i need to check it every time because it might be a message to me. There is no way when not in RC to see if it is for me or just group chat.

Have RCV recognize busy/not busy from Calendar integration so non-meeting appointments don't show
When calendar is integrated, RCV is listing all "appointments" even though they are not video/meeting related and showing Status as Busy. Would like to have a way to filter Non meeting calendar entries so that only true meeting are showing.

Remember last n conference IDs
This would be helpful so I don't need to remember them, or copy them from invites.

Group Messages By Sender
The Messages screen is difficult to read because the messages are equally spread out even when sent by the same person at a similar time. NAME 1: messageNAME 1: messageNAME 2: messageNAME 2: messageNAME 1: messageI recommend messages from a single user in a chat window be grouped for easier review. NAME1: messagemessageNAME 2: message messageNAME 1: messageThank you.

We need to see the upcoming meetings list using the calendar application for example.RingCentral Meetings standalone worked well before. The new app will access the desktop Outlook application which uses a Google email. The meetings list does not show. Where is MY MEETINGS?

Update iPhone one-tap dial feature to be true "one-touch" join
When we schedule meetings with RingCentral through Outlook, the iPhone one-tap details provide a dial link, but is not one-touch as the end user needs to enter a participant ID followed by the meeting password. The dial link is in the following format by default:+1(XXX)XXXXXXX,,XXXXXXXXXX# Our workaround:+1(XXX)XXXXXXX,,XXXXXXXXXX#,,,,,,XXXX# To ignore/skip the participant ID, we added 6 commas followed by the meeting password. This format allows for a true one-touch join. Our question is whether this can be automatically added rather than having to do this manually every time.

Allow system audio to be shared in RCV
We like to start our meetings with music to put our teams up. It would be great for people who have screen sharing permission to be able to "Share their system Audio" so that they could mux in youtube/spotify/music when a meeting starts.

Be able to edit video meetings for whom I can schedule them
Called once each month over past 3 months to get this resolved to no avail. Before your upgrade/migration I could see and edit any virtual meetings for the other person for whom I have privileges to schedule, on behalf of. I cannot do that any longer as I once did. So, If I forgot to make the video meeting a reoccurring meeting, or if I misspelled, I don't have a way to find the meeting and change this for the person I scheduled on behalf of. Very frustrating and not user friendly in this regard any longer.

Audible notification that people are waiting in the waiting room
This would be useful for those of us that have to minimize the window when working. Folks are sitting in the waiting room silently and we do not know they are there.

Add Time Zone selector when scheduling a meeting in RC Video
While using RingCentral Video (I recently switched from Meetings) I noticed when trying to schedule a meeting with a client that the option to select a time zone when setting up a meeting has disappeared. Normally I select our client’s time zone so as not to confuse them when they receive the meeting invite. We schedule meetings with clients in many different time zones, so having the ability to schedule the meeting in their time zone is pretty important to our company.

Ring Central Video - Default Audio to Dial In
Currently in the Ring Central Video Settings the Audio can only be defaulted to the computer speakers/mic or a headset tied to the computer. Add the ability to default the audio to "dial in" allowing the user to use a desk phone to call in. Not all environments allow for computer audio nor to all users have headsets tied to the computer.
