Audible notification that people are waiting in the waiting room
This would be useful for those of us that have to minimize the window when working. Folks are sitting in the waiting room silently and we do not know they are there.

Add Time Zone selector when scheduling a meeting in RC Video
While using RingCentral Video (I recently switched from Meetings) I noticed when trying to schedule a meeting with a client that the option to select a time zone when setting up a meeting has disappeared. Normally I select our client’s time zone so as not to confuse them when they receive the meeting invite. We schedule meetings with clients in many different time zones, so having the ability to schedule the meeting in their time zone is pretty important to our company.

Ring Central Video - Default Audio to Dial In
Currently in the Ring Central Video Settings the Audio can only be defaulted to the computer speakers/mic or a headset tied to the computer. Add the ability to default the audio to "dial in" allowing the user to use a desk phone to call in. Not all environments allow for computer audio nor to all users have headsets tied to the computer.

in RC Video, quick access to Recent Meetings
In RC Video, even if a Meeting is not recorded, show recent meetings with Duration, Participant names, speaker time, chat, and if recorded link, access to recording. Even though this is in analytics, but easy access to history has value to see who attended and for how long and stats around the recent meeting.

Allow presenter to enlarge view of current shared screen
Currently when I am sharing my screen/document it pops up in a tiny box. If I'm hosting a video meeting that also has attendees in person, I'm unable to have the meeting pulled up on the conference room screen as the people who physically attend are unable to see what I am doing (the shared screen/doc is tiny)... but I'm also unable to see the attendees and chat if I pull up the screen/document I am sharing.

Add a clock to screen on Rooms
It would be really useful to have a clock displayed on the screen, not all rooms have a clock, and checking the phone or the control pod to get the time isn't practical.

Share Browser Window Highlight
Like Zoom and Skype, when you select a browser window to share, there should be a thick, colored line that should highlight that browser window so you can immediately see which one is actively being shared. This is a basic feature of every other screen sharing desktop app on the market. You need to add this feature to be in line with your competitors.

Transfer Ownership of meetings when a user is disabled
When someone leaves the company, and is ultimately disabled or deleted from RC, we find ourselves with an issue when it comes to Meetings. The ownership of the meeting seemingly dies with the user, and then the meeting has to be deleted and recreated. If it isn't, people are getting invalid meeting error messages. When a user is disabled or deleted, it would be wonderful to be prompted to move the ownership of any currently scheduled or recurring meetings to another valid RC user.

Poor Recording for RC Video during Screen sharing w/text (h264 enable)
With RCV recordings, Screen Sharing with text is unreadable. We need to have better quality as we use it as Playbacks for Training and Reference.

Add RingCentral dialer pad to dial out in RingCentral Meeting
In RC Meeting, would like to have an option to use the RC dial pad to call external number (such for support) to join a meeting. When dialing out, the external call recipient is only connected to the audio of the meeting.

Remove View Options Banner when viewing a shared screen.
When presenting a shared screen, the full screen is not visible in Speaker view because of the View Options banner.

Ability for another meeting attendee to record a meeting in the host's absence
When the person who scheduled the meeting (i.e. the host) is unable to or just not attending a call they've scheduled, there should be a way for other attendees of the call to be able to record the call. This happens often enough where it'd be a useful feature.

RCV Chat message engagement (emoji's, thumbs up, REPLY to a specific message)
It would be good to get the ability to engage with chat messages within RCV with an emoji (thumbs up, thumbs down, Heart) as well as quoting/replying to a specific message.

Allow Admin rights to remote machine when screen sharing
When connecting via ring central video, to help troubleshoot a remote laptop, i would like to be given admin rights of that remote machine to be able to perform functions without the assistance of the end user. similar to GoToMeeting's abilities.

Option for Browser Webinar Link to be available directly
Many users want to be able to view a webinar directly on their browsers (instead of using the app) and the current system of having to cancel the app popup box, and then scroll down to the browser link can be difficult in the 30 seconds before the option disappears.

Bring back the ability to reorder tasks
We would love to be able to drag tasks in the workspace so they can be quickly and easily reordered in terms of priority order by each user. This allows us to quickly and efficiently search for and complete tasks without having to look through each team or the entire tasks list.
