  1. I love reactions! However, it can take several clicks and mouse movements to actually access reactions. Then you have to do all of that again so you can turn the reaction off. This makes it a little clunkier to use reactions and it is easier to just raise my hand in person than to use the hand raise reaction.

    My suggestion is to add the ability to pin or open a pop up with the reaction options during the meeting (Similar to the chat pop out) or open the reactions menu just by hovering over the button. Or maybe the…

  4. RC users should be able to put in their normal working hours into their RC profile. Any messages or calls outside of their posted hours are flagged. People will then have the option to either continue the call or message OR schedule a message for the following day that the employee works. This would enhance work/life balance for everyone as it will cause pause and reconsideration.

Currently RCV allows sharing of full screen or a given app. However, when user has a high resolution monitor (eg 4k/8k), sharing fullscreen means the viewers may not be able to see the screen clearly as it's downscaled to say a FHD display. On the other hand, sharing only 1 app at a time means user has to unshare and share diff apps if their requirement needs multiple apps to be displayed.

    Enabling part of the screen share mitigates this by

  6. When you are in events, ideally it should update your Ring EX presence to in a meeting/events etc. Not everyone has calendar presence setup so any time you're in a events session it should ideally update your presence across the Ringcentral portfolio.

  8. When someone clicks a reaction, an animated version of the chosen emoji floats upwards from the left side of the screen. The animation of reactions allows participants to express themselves visually during a meeting using emojis. These floating reactions provide immediate feedback to speakers and add energy to the meeting. This feature enhances the remote communication experience! 😊👍🎉

    • Our customer called and he also wants to receive RingCentral offers and billing updates like how is the email in billing contact info is receiving updates.
    • Educate cx that the billing contact info can only take one email putting multiple emails to its box is a feature request

  14. Request is for the API to automatically Pause Screen when when inputting sensitive data. This would be similar to call recording Pause API where in an application based on specific Field selection, it triggers and API to pause call recording until that information is collected.

  15. When you're in a meeting, it's good to show how long the meeting has been going on so you can determine if you're over or not. Today it is in Participant view. It would be helpful to have it on the RCV home screen.

  19. Request is for the ability to manage scheduled meetings via Service Web, both as an end-user and administrator. As an administrator, it gives visibility into end-user's meetings and provides them with additional details for troubleshooting or managing user settings.
