Starred/Flagged Comments and Q&A Questions
What: Bring back starred comments/Q&A!
Why: With the new backstage platform, we can only highlight one comment or question at a time. Highlighting one comment makes sense for displaying on the screen for all attendees. However, starring multiple comments or questions where they fall in the larger chat or Q&A makes live Q&A much smoother when accumulating over the course of the event.
Where: Chat, Q&A tabs
Who: Everyone with backstage access, hosts, moderators, speakers should be able to star and unstar a comment or question.

RingCentral Video meeting view settings
Posting this request in behalf of our Partner that is utilizing the RingCentral Video Meeting. Partner mentioned he wants to be able to make a pre-settings on the meetings for the participants to be on uniform view settings when someone is sharing their screen. View settings on Filmstrip, Speaker, or Gallery to be alligned for all the participants of the RCV.

We can allow MARKER feature on a video meeting.
I think we should allow some marker feature, using which any end user whom host has allowed to use marker to draw or highlight something on the shared screen. This way the other person need not to share his screen to highlight those details. Additionally it will make meeting more collaborative.

Ability to toggle the control buttons to the left or right of the meeting window
Instead of keeping the control buttons (Mute, Start Video, etc.) at the bottom of the screen, give meeting participants the ability to move it to the right, top, or left to maximize the visibility when someone is sharing a screen or when the user has to resize the meeting window.

Survey after inbound phone call
I'd like to have ringcentral to have the capability after the phone call it automatically generates a survey for this phone call and for that extension.
Example ext. 101 receives the call after that call ringcentral will send an email to the customer for the experience for that representative

Separate Sound options for Calls while on a Meeting
We do a lot of video Meetings throuout the whole day and accept/start calls while in a meeting. If we mute speakers on the meeting we do not hear other person on the call.

Allow Participants to Self-Select Breakout Rooms
I’d love to see an enhancement to RingCentral Video’s breakout room functionality that allows participants to self-select and move freely between breakout rooms without host intervention.
Currently, the host has to assign participants, which slows down dynamic team discussions. In my team’s workflow, we often need to jump between multiple breakout rooms (3-4) for quick one-on-one conversations with different team members throughout a meeting. It would be extremely helpful if participants could select their own breakout room on demand—similar to how some other platforms handle this feature.

Default for no waiting room
Right now you can only disable waiting rooms and allow users to join before you on a meeting by meeting basis. There should be a default setting to allow this to be the global setting for new meetings.

All scheduled Video Calls should be captured in the Ring Central App
Right now only meetings that are linked with outlook populate on the "Upcoming Meetings" display. If you schedule something it should be there regardless... For instance, I create a meeting and then I just text my friend the meeting ID and they join via the Web... that meeting should still be tracked within the Ring Central Application.

Ability to delete video meetings in bulk
Ability to delete and being able to remove recorded
video meetings in bulk instead of one by one. Curretly
when i'm going to video meetings recording i can only delete it
one by one. We don't have the option to delete or select multiple
video meetings and delete at the same time

Ability to add screenshots & files in RingCentral meeting/video
t would be fantastic to have the ability to share screenshots and files directly in the chat during a RingCentral meeting. Additionally, integrating a feature to attach a cloud drive, like Google Drive, to automatically store chats and shared files would be extremely useful. Taking it a step further, it would be great if meeting recordings could automatically save to a designated drive location, especially for recurring meetings.

Add an Option to Make Webinars Recurring
When creating webinar events that require registration, those events don't have the option to be recurring and assign different dates for each session. I would like to see an option that allows registrants to sign up once and they get invited to all sessions of the recurring webinar.
