Pre-stage a callback number for meetings
One thing that has been a constant issue with any of the meeting apps is the ability to call into a meeting while on the road. It would be great to be able to pre-register a phone number for a call at the time that the meeting starts. Then rather than fumbling with dialing out to a bridge while driving, you've enabled it to call you prior to the meeting. All you have to do is answer the call which you setup prior to being out on the road. I think this would be a huge improvement to the platform.…

Show countdown timer for meeting time left on screen.Can be option to setup for full meeting or last 10-15 mins.Can be dismissed by host Large font (non distracting on the corner of the screen bottom or top).

See the list of participants dial-into conference line
I'd like to see all participants either during or after the call. I'm not seeing who is dialed into a specific conference number (host/participant code). Another feature request that i've seen with other vendors is the ability for RC to call the participant when ready to join the call. So participant only has to click a link and type in their own number, rather than have to type in the conf number and participant code

Stop Pushing Glip
We are a buisness and we have users we do meetings for training. Currently the links take our users to a website to get the software but if they do not load or launch the meeting in 30 seconds it takes them to a Glip sign up page. This creates an issue for our users and pain for the presenter to get them to reclick the link and join the meeting or get the software installed.

Ability to hover over a participant and see what information that helps identify their role and/or interest in the meeting
Point of pain being addressed: When meeting with people we haven't met or don't meet with regularly (especially users in customer-facing roles; e.g., AE's, CSM's, Support Leaders, etc.), I find I spend a lot of mental energy trying to figure who is who, why they are there, who reports to whom, etc. E.g., does this person work for the Partner? RC? the Customer? Are they in IT vs. line of business at the customer? Is that lady that's talking the highest ranking person on this call from this customer? Do the others report to her? A few customers have asked if RCV can support a meeting pop up reminder similar to how Teams works when meeting has commenced or people have joined/waiting.

Rename the recording to the Name of the Ring Central Video Meeting
When the recording is completed it has a generic Name it should have the name of the Meeting that is being recorded. Once you download the file you can rename the file at that time but if you are using the link and or sharing it no way to rename the link to the recording.

Customized invitation meeting [Meeting ID] should generate a meeting ID with no spaces
The link being generated from the Rc Meeting invitation has a meeting ID with "spaces" and that caused the invitees not able to join and getting page cannot be found. The link shows like this https://meetings.ringcentral.com/wc/username/144 874 6685/join#

Put local time of a person somewhere near his avatar/video due to call.
It could be visible only on hover, to not make extra noise on the UI.

Show name insetad of phone number when new attendee joins meeting
Name is not showing while being in the meeting when we join meeting through phone call "by giving call on meeting number entering meeting ID, it's only showing the phone number of attendee "The participent is not able to indentify that who has joined this meeting.RC should ask for name to register in the meeting to display the same as participent after dialing the meeting phone number and then meeting ID.

Ability to save RC meeting recordings to external storage
It would be nice to be able to save recordings of meetings outside of RingCentral like you have the ability to do with the RC archiver beta app where you can save users call recordings and settings externally. We pay for the RC storage but once it's close to capacity, we have to either take a ton of time to download each meeting individually or delete them, hoping we won't need to refer to them in the future.

gallery view when joining via browser

Support for virtual cameras (such as OBS Software)
Many users use OBS for streaming to YouTube and presenting through Zoom. OBS gives users enhanced video features not otherwise available from a basic video conferencing system. RingCentral does not currently support input video feeds from software-based virtual cameras (though Zoom does).

Better accessibility in RCV Meeting tool for blind users
For example:
- The chat appears to show up below the rest of the content
- When chat messages are received, there is no alert that lets a user know they have a message so someone using a screen reader would not know to open the chat to read whatever messages might have been sent to them.
- No indication of when a user enters or leaves the meeting (it did not appear with JAWS

Call Queue After Hours - Rotating schedule
We currently have a single team member that is on call for after hours. I (as the call queue manager) have to manually change this each week to go to the new scheduled associate's extension.It would be great to be able to set a rotating schedule using primary members with the ability to add "overrides" as needed for members that are on leave.

Presentation mode - Be embedded inside a circle instead of background removal
Sometimes, the agorithm to remove the background is not optimal, to avoid this problem and improving the visual effect, having the possibility to be embedded in a circle, like some Youtube guy does, could be a nice feature!Here an example : https://ibb.co/cL71bnK
