Provide Fade-out option for Weatherman/Presenter Mode
The request is for a "Weatherman/Presenter Mode" to have a fade out option available. If a user goes into presentation mode, then after the predefined time (30 secs, 1 min, etc.), the presenter's image fades out completely from view. Weatherman is a very nice way to tie your image to a presentation in a personal way. However, after a very short amount of time it becomes distracting and a focal point over the intended presentation. Not have to use a calendar to see any schedule created
We need to not have to have a calendar setup but still see list of scheduled meetings. Currently you must have a clanedar connected and you only see schedules for the next week.

Alternate Host
There should be a way to set a secondary host or moderator in a video meeting so that if the person who is scheduling a meeting was for some reason unavailable, the secondary host could start with those controls already. It would be neat if we could make this a permanent feature, such as John Doe is permanently a secondary host in all meetings scheduled by Jane Doe.

Recurring Meetings: For it to have an option to select days of the week
As of the moment, we need to create 2 weekly recurring meetings (one on Tuesday and one on Thursday) because the schedule options are only daily/weekly/monthly. It would make it easier if there was an option to select the days of the week that you need it to recur.

Allow the chat or participants box to be disconnected from the main app window and moved by itself, minimized, closed, etc.

Add a Visible Timer to Meetings
It would be nice to give speakers/presenters a visual queue on how much time they have left. People often present for longer than their allotted time because they are unaware of how much time they have used. Maybe have it hover over a shared screen or permanently in the corner of the window? Bulk export/download of Meeting Recordings from the cloud
Allow users and admins to do a bulk download/export of all meeting recordings held in the RC cloud. This would allow for better maintenance of cloud storage space, retrieval of all recordings when off boarding staff, or when in need of retrieving multiple recordings to post elsewhere for trainings and documentation.

Ability for an admin to take over a meeting
We need a way for an admin on the RC account to be able to take over Host capabilities for a meeting. Ex: Start meeting, mute all, recording, Breakout-rooms (when they are available), etc. Use Case: Sherry schedules a meeting with about 200 people invited. On the day it is supposed to happen, Sherry is out sick. There needs to be a way for someone else to take meeting host capabilities over to start the meeting and run it. Provide soft lighting or other more flattering options
Zoom allows a set up where you can soften the lighting and slightly blur your video - makes you look a little more attractive on videos. Would be great to have a similar feature. If this feature already exists, make it far easier to find!

Allow meeting hosts to re-enable the waiting room feature on specific meetings
Ring Central needs to change the settings to allow hosts to re-enable the waiting room after scheduling a meeting. If a host decides before or during the meeting that he/she would like to use the waiting room feature it should be available to customers. Right now if you disable the waiting room feature while creating a meeting you cannot go back and change it. Please, please make this simple change.

integration for 3rd party captioning software
This feature already exists in Zoom and is mentioned in the RC settings thought it does not exist in practice. To be able to easily connect a 3rd party AI captioning software such as webcaptioner.com would be much easier than typing captions and make events more accessible to diverse audiences.

"Persistent Banners" showing title/company/name
Would be a great enterprise feature allowing users and guests to have their name, title and company appear as a banner at the bottom of their video. Great when meeting new clients. You can stay focused on the video instead of looking around for their name or looking up their title/company on LinkedIn or other platforms.
