  3. We have implemented the integration between RingCentral and Dynamics 365, and it is working. Our user base has asked us if we can change the screen pop to open in a new tab, as if they are working on in a Dynamics screen and they receive an incoming call the screen pop in the current tab overrides what they are currently working on and they are losing work.I cannot see a setting that request the pop open in a new tab, are we able to do this, and if so can you point me in the direction of the setting…

  8. This CRM has a very large Customer Base and unfortunately, we cannot find this on the RingCentral App Gallery. Please add it as soon as possible. The company URL is onepagecrm.com

  9. Up until a year or so, anything my organizationor user would receive a fax the fax's content would be in the notification email in a pdf file. This was very convenient and did not require us to log in to the app or the portal to read the content. It was flexible.Now, I must log into the app (on my phone) or on the portal (on my computer) to download/view the fax message. Instead of moving towards integration and facility this was a move backward.

This is similar to the google/microsoft fix, but this would allow for one personal google account be shared with all users, giving them the ability to import all google contacts imediately, for everyone, but then moving forward additional contacts would also be shared when they get added. Nextiva has this feature of sharing contacts company wide when creating new contacts.

  14. RingCentral for Hubspot currently allows users to use click-to-dial on any numbers they see in Hubspot. However, Hubspot has a 'Call' icon on every contact which allows them to make calls via Hubspot and it the option to have it use RingCentral for outbound calling once integrated will be much more ideal.

  15. With the Teams embedded app, there is a chat that gets created with the RingCentral Bot. It provides notifications of text messages, missed calls, etc. Those bot messages provide phone numbers and extension numbers but does not convert these into names. It would be helpful to be send the names for users in their RingCentral tenant instead of (or in addition to) extension numbers. Further, any numbers not in their RingCentral directory could be compared with the MSFT contacts.

RingCentral Cloud PBX MS teams account would like to have the option to disable False Answer Supervision. current behavior: When a call is received in RingCentral Cloud PBX MS teams, the call gets automatically answered as SIP 200 OK (False Answer Supervision) is being sent right awat. expected behavior: While SIP 200 OK (False Answer Supervision) is disabled.If a call is received in RingCentral Cloud PBX MS teams, an MFA will be sent to the user. The call will only connect when the user authenticates using the code.
