    We use Service Monster for all of our CRM in our service companies. We would like to have an API/integration so we do not have to re-enter phone numbers from Service Monster to RingCentral. We would also like to have the client's name show up with that phone number when texted or called.

  6. Improve the one touch access link generated from the RC for Outlook invite to not ask for the passcode

    The RingCentral for outlook plugin works when creating an outlook invitation, it can invite people. The problem is that the passcode is not included in the one-touch link for private video conferences so those with the link still need to key in the passcode manually but most of the time it is not easy to find. The one-touch link should allow those who use to immediately be able to join the meetings without being asked to enter the passcode. This will not only be for convenience but also for safety as some participants join the meetings while driving.

  7. Ability to remove Product Tour when launching RingEX the first time

    Some customers are using the chatbot and RC Phone with MS Teams and do not want the Product Tour to launch as they feel it will confuse users.

  10. Dynamics integration - Add central admin control for settings

    In the Dynamics integration, it would be helpful to have central (administrative) control of the settings such as enable logging, screen pop, etc. This will make it easier to deploy to a large group of agents.

  14. Need option for the agent to send incoming calls to voicemail from the google integration Windows system notification

    When the RC for google app is minimized , the agent can only see a Windows notification whn a call comes in. It would be useful if this Windows notification offered the option to send the call to voicemail. Currently the agent has to open the app first so the can see the app screen.

  15. Expand Dynamics 365 integration to navigate to more records

    We use Dynamics 365 and are looking to implement the RingCentral for Dynamics 365. Current functionality has the pop screen identify matching contacts, accounts or leads. It can then save a log file as an activity under the selected record. Here are requested extended functions:1) Provide the ability to navigate to the matched Contact, Account or Lead in D365 from the RC interface. 2) Provide ability to drill through the matched contact or account to see related Opportunities or Cases.   16. Call logs to be automatically entered into Case objects as well as Lead/Contact/Account in Dynamics 365 integration

    We are using the Dynamics 365 integration and the auto-log feature for putting notes directly into a lead/account/contact is great for saving time for our sales team. However our Customer Service team do not have the same luxury as they are using Cases (not lead/account/contact). We would therefore like the call log feature integration to also support the case object

  17. Shopify contact details into RingCentral

    Now in the era of e-commerce and considering the Shopify platform popularity increasing, would be great to have an integration (direct or Zapier) where when a new order in Shopify comes in (and it does have a phone number), to sync those details with RingCentral so when a customer calls to be an easier and friendlier way to answer and locate their details.

    I would benefit from being able to automatically add a ringcentral contact once a contact is created on my CRM (Lawcus) or Google. Right now both the actions and triggers on Zapier are quite limited.
