  2. Will the integration work with the Firefox browser addon if I have the RingCentral Firefox addon installed? I do not use Chrome as my default browser.  If I but install the Clio RingCentral addon through Chrome could I use the integration if I sign on to Clio using Firefox?

  3. UserName and Email Address in Azure, I believe it doesn’t like that theses values are different. Is there a way around this? At this time we need these values to be different for system reasons.

  4. Please add the ability to add a buffer time before the automation is triggered.

    For e.g.

    Missed Call automation, before triggering an SMS to be sent out. It is ideal that they could add a 5 minute delay before the text message is sent out.

  9. This is currently only supported with Citrix, VMware and Azure (AVD/ Windows 365).
    Some customer are using regular remote desktop connections to RDS farms running Windows Server (2019/2022).

  11. Is it possible to do a 3-way call in the CRM extension? I just tried to do this with a client and the attorney. I could hear both of them, but they could not hear each other and I couldn’t see any way to merge the calls. I tried to start over and add the attorney to the call with the client. It looked like that was working, but it never rang for the attorney.

  13. I do utilize multi-step zaps in Zapier and it appears that my new call recordings and voicemail are now flowing into my CRM. I still need to figure out how to send the old call recordings because Zapier won’t allow me to just replay filtered zaps.

  15. At the moment we have a Ring Central integration with Dynamics 365 conencted to our Sales portal because it was only compatible with Channel Integration Framework 1.0. We need to get this integration changed to a Dynamics CIF 2.0 framework and wanted to see what we can do to get the built in integration to work Dynamics 365.   17. Despite the record/pause option appearing on the call window of Google Chrome. It appears that ACR is not fully supported. Hence, a lot of the call recording features such as being able to pause the recording is not available.

    It would be great if this feature is fully implemented on the Chrome plugin since a lot of customers prefer to use the plugin as their daily driver for calls as opposed to the desktop/mobile app.

  18. These SMSes have, by and large, been working just fine . . . until they don't. We're not getting any API error on Zapier, and the messages show up in the user's Text history, but all of them have the "Message Cannot Be Sent" error on them. This happened last month, on May 27th and continued until June 3rd (7 days).

    It just started happening again June 23rd - 100% of the messages sent via the API are getting an error and not being sent. We don't have any additional details except for the red text "Text send failure" in…
