  1. Currently, RingCentral requires each user to have a unique email address in order to enable Single Sign-On (SSO). This limitation prevents SSO from being enabled for users who are associated with multiple RingCentral accounts using the same email address.

    This is a common scenario in organizations where:

    A single user may manage or participate in multiple departments or subsidiaries.
    Shared service accounts are used across different teams or regions.
    Impact:

    Prevents seamless authentication for users with legitimate multi-account access.

  4. We currently use Wellsky Personal Care Formerly Clear Care for our client and Care Professional profiles, scheduling and additional needs. In the event of a call off we are attempting to reach out to several care pros at the same time, due to this with the current platform we are having issues with receiving the response back to the original sender. Integrating RingCentral into WellSky would provide a valuable and time saving method to reach our care pros and client needs at the same time.

  8. We do not use all the Custom Objects that are installed with the managed package, so the Custom Objects are taking up valuable resources. It would great if the we have the option to delete/remove the Custom Objects that are not needed, especially Custom Objects for Activities.

  9. Our archive provider is Smarsh. Why do some RingCentral direct messages show in the archive with the email addresses of the sender/recipient, while other messages show only the 10-digit phone number? Finding content by searching the email address is preferable for us. The phone numbers tend to be reused as staff come and go from the company, so they are dynamic, but email addresses are never reused. Is there a way to have all messages sent to the Archive labeled with the email address?

  10. In the RingCentral Dynamics 365 integration, we can only send SMS messages to contacts. If you add more than one destination phone number, the system sends the message as individual SMS'. Instead, we would like a group message to be created. This is possible in the RC mobile and desktop apps.

  12. As a long-term customer, I would like to request approval for the integration of automated text messaging with Aptly. This would enable us to automatically send scheduling reminders to our residents.

    After recently transitioning from Lead Simple to Aptly, we discovered that this feature is unavailable through RingCentral. This integration is crucial for our operations, particularly for our annual and biannual property checks, which require us to send 72-hour scheduling reminders and 24-hour courtesy reminders.

    Without this automated system, we will be manually sending over 2,000 text messages in 2025 alone, just to comply with our required process. This is…

  16. As of now this behavior is by design when queue ring settings is set to ring 'Longest Idle', as for the customers to know that the queue call was answered elsewhere the call history is marked as call answered instead of missed.

  17. Option to only logs calls to 'Contact' records via Hubspot.

    In Hubspot, they have disabled 'Associations' from logging calls but it is being overridden in the RC custom telephony integration.

    This is currently a limitation; but the option to control where the calls is desired due to the number of associations linked to a single contact.
