Better integrate with Microsoft FindTime
We use FindTime a lot and when using RingCentral Video links with FindTime we run into a bunch of problems.I opened a ticket with support (12440948) and they suggested a feature request.They confirmed: I was not able to click the meeting invite to start the RCV meeting. I had to manually copy and paste the link into my Google Chrome Browser for it to work. What is also odd is that when I did that and put it into Chrome, it added a semi-colon which made the link invalid. Once I removed the semi-colon, it worked perfectly.

Integrate Ringcentral Tasks into Google Calendar for google workspace
You should be able to create a task in a ringcentral team and have it appear in the google calendar. For example, if there is a team called "daily tasks" it would create a "daily tasks" google calendar and any tasks assigned through ringcentral in that team would also appear in google. Or if there is already a calendar created in google, be able to connect it to a new or existing ringcentral team.

Only Offer Teams Plugin Download After Unable to Detect Plugin
Users who click the "Open plugin" button are redirected to a website (https://teams.ringcentral.com/assets/tab/rc/_beta/plugin-download.html?locale=en-US#/) where the most predominant button is the "download" button. The website should instead try to detect and launch the plugin, and if it is not detected, then offer to download and install the plugin.Citrix already does this with Citrix Reciever, so there's no reason that RingCentral couldn't adopt this.Alternatively, RingCentral could make the "Launch" button the predominant button and make the "Download" button smaller.The EXE installer should detect the presence of the MSI and not allow installation to continue. Provisioning the Users from Azure to be added in RC Users should not require them to setup their account like creating password, PIN and SQ since they are going to login only using SSO.

Account-wide triggers for Zapier
I wondering how I can get access through Zapier and/or Integrately to all of the organizations Missed Calls, Voicemails, etc, not just the ones specific to the user. I am trying to access the records from " Main number voicemail box 2 Message-Only Extension" To intgrate follow ups in our CRM afterhours but it doesn't seem like these are published to the admin account that I am connecting

Multiple accounts
Hi,
I have multiple accounts with ring central. It is difficult to keep on track with different accounts since we are can only log into one account at a time. I believe I am not the only person with multiple accounts, Is there a way to be able to switch from one acct to another under 1 umbrella log-in without logging out of one? Integrate the 'Call' option under contacts to place call from RC
RingCentral for Hubspot currently allows users to use click-to-dial on any numbers they see in Hubspot. However, Hubspot has a 'Call' icon on every contact which allows them to make calls via Hubspot and it the option to have it use RingCentral for outbound calling once integrated will be much more ideal.

Integration with Practice Panther - legal practice management software
It would be great to be able to capture texts and calls directly in the managment software. Another company is already working with PracticePanther to capture texts, but it makes no sense to me to have two text phone numbers. I prefer RingCentral texting and want to capture that information in the client file and also capture the duration of calls for billing purposes.

Connects RingCentral reporting to third-party security software
I had a customer looking for an automated way to forward the logs to the SIEM system hosted in the cloud for analysis. Currently there is no way to automatically feed the RC Office audit logs into a third party SIEM solution, in this case the SIEM being Rapid7. It would be very beneficial if there was an automated service that runs the download, and uploads to SIEM without having to click on anything (kind of like a reporting subscription).

Add Call Queues to Zapier Integration
We use Zapier to run a variety of automations whenever there are missed calls. Unfortunately, we cannot build any automations around call queues as this feature is not supported in the Ringcentral integration with Zapier which limits how we set up the system. Either we use a virtual user (that can integrate with Zapier) that forwards calls to multiple call agents or we use a call queue (that cannot integrate with Zapier) and give up all this extra functionality.Please add call queue support to Zapier!

In MS Teams there is a solution to have RSS Feeds posted to channels. That would be nice for example DATEV Update feeds.
