  2. When updating calendar dates in the RC plugin for Salesforce the date displayed is in US date format - this is even with the computer set to UK date format and our Salesforce environment being set to display in UK date format too. Please can this be updated

  3. In Salesforce we use mandatory fields to enforce our advisors to complete relevant sections of a task/activity. It would be useful to be able to have these mandatory fields reflected in the RC component which would ensure that our advisors are completing all required sections following a call

  4. Would it be possible for the formula used to generate the Call Recording Link ( rcsflCall_Recordingc) in the Salesforce integration to be https:// rather than http://, please? Currently, when users click on the Call Recording link, the call recording is opened via an unencrypted http URL.

  6. In MS Teams there is a solution to have RSS Feeds posted to channels. That would be nice for example DATEV Update feeds.

  9. When sending a POST to a slack webhook, it just works and there is output in the channel. With RingCentral you have to create a custom application/bot to get it working.I should be able to send a POST and have it work like slack does.

  10. Wealthbox is a CRM used by Financial Advisors to log tasks, calls, meetings, contacts, etc. We would like to intrgrate RingCentral with Wealthbox to streamline calling/messaging clients easier.

  11. You should be able to create a task in a ringcentral team and have it appear in the google calendar. For example, if there is a team called "daily tasks" it would create a "daily tasks" google calendar and any tasks assigned through ringcentral in that team would also appear in google. Or if there is already a calendar created in google, be able to connect it to a new or existing ringcentral team.

  12. We have implemented the integration between RingCentral and Dynamics 365, and it is working. Our user base has asked us if we can change the screen pop to open in a new tab, as if they are working on in a Dynamics screen and they receive an incoming call the screen pop in the current tab overrides what they are currently working on and they are losing work.I cannot see a setting that request the pop open in a new tab, are we able to do this, and if so can you point me in the direction of the setting…

  13. It would be great if we had the ability to select between which contacts to be displayed in the embedded app (RingCentral contacts/Partner brands or Microsoft Teams contacts).

    Some users prefer RingCentral/Partner brands Contacts to appear on MS Teams Embedded App or the other way around.

  15. Feature Request: Synchronization of External Shared Contacts between RingEX and RingCX Directories

    Request Overview: The customer requests the ability for external shared contacts that appear in the RingEX company directory to also be visible in the RingCX directory.

    Current Behavior: Currently, external shared contacts added to the RingEX company directory do not automatically appear in the RingCX directory. This lack of synchronization requires users to manually add or manage contacts across both platforms, resulting in duplication of efforts and potential discrepancies between directories.

  16. Currently, the RingCentral for Outlook integration is only visible using the old Outlook layout.

    It would be great if we have the option to have this available in the new Outlook layout.

    Per Microsoft KB: COM Add-ins will not be supported in the new Outlook for Windows but will continue to work in classic Outlook for Windows.

  17. The end-user doesn't have problems with both the Ring app AND the Teams plugin. The problem isn't installing the app, but specifically after the app is deployed it asks the user to Allow changes to the firewall.

    Do we have any Documentation that shows how to Deploy the Apps without asking the user to Allow changes to the Firewall? The users are prohibited from making changes to the Firewall. Microsoft Defender is blocking the full Deployment, and the Staff do not have admin rights in their Microsoft accounts, so IT has to do an MSI Push.

  18. A way for end-users to integrate their RC Video meetings to HubSpot Profiles.

  19. We have been trying to process payment through the IVR, but we haven't find a tool to do it in RingCentral.
    This would be great to collect payment, automatically or guided by an agent.
    There are some platforms that do it but they are expensive, and it wouldn't be a good idea to use 2 phone systems.
    One of the most popular payment processor is CardConnect, and is currently the platform we are using for to charge our clients. (If you want a good price hit me up lol)

  20. I have multiple accounts with RingCentral as I'm running different companies. It is difficult to keep on top of client calls with each account as I cannot be logged into both accounts at once. Is there a way to be able to toggle from one account to another under 1 login? I have been a longtime RingCentral client and this is something I suggested years back. Can you please implement this feature within the desktop and mobile apps?
