Ability to change subject or display in HubSpot
Some parts of the description and subject are totally unnecessary and messy because it's double information and the recording link. The ability to make it shortened and not expanded so long should be possible

RC for Hubspot - Call Logs and Recordings
We need to sync all call records and transcripts done within Ringcentral with Hubspot so all interactions appear on our Hubspot contact records. The problem I've found with all options I have found and tested is that one integration only integrates contact info and the other integration only logs calls done within Hubspot via the Ringcentral for Hubspot integration.
We need all calls logged, even those done outside of hubspot. For example, if a client calls one of our agents directly on your Ringcentral softphone, we need it logged in hubspot but it doesn't right now. Only if the agent…

Force call type/outcome for logged calls | RingCentral for Hubspot
A way to force the call type and call outcome upon logging a call and default these to mandatory. Corporately we are trying to capture reporting on this but because it is not forced people are skipping this step.

Call Audio Alert with Teams/ Hubspot integration
The Integrated apps Teams and Hubspot don't have the same features as the Ring Central APP. One Key Feature is the ability to set a direct dial number to silent, so it doesn't interrupt the conversation the agent is on. These apps are not fully integrated if this doesn't work

Hopefully Ring central extension in HubSpot having a feature to identify the recipient what keypresses in IVR menu the caller's pressing.

RingCentral for Hubspot | Click-to-SMS should display the SMS history/thread above the field where they can compose the message for them...

When using click-to-SMS via Hubspot, the customer is not seeing the past thread or history, unless they go to the activity fields in Hubspot or if they open their message history from the RC extension. On RingCentral, we use the chat to add tasks for everyone. I would love to be able to sync those tasks that are created in RC to then add a task in HubSpot so that it appears on my checklist for the day.

Edit/Modify fields in Hubspot softphone
I would like to add fields to the softphone in RingCentral. We have RingCentral connected to our CRM (HubSpot). We need to add options to the softphone for when a customer calls in - for example if a business calls in we need to make it as a business customer and have that flow through to HubSpot.

Add "Ask First" Feature to HubSpot Plug In
You can only blind transfer with the HubSpot Plug In. We need to be able to talk to who we are transferring to first. Please add this feature. It is already a RingCentral Feature just need the option added to the HubSpot Plug In.

Hubspot integration - Log all calls regardless if RingCentral & Hubspot browser is closed + Missed calls for call queues
The new RingCentral for Hubspot Chrome Extension does help in logging some but not all calls. If you are out of office, not logged in (aka after business hours) and/or hubspot is not open at all times... then calls do not log. This creates the issue of all calls received outside business hours or to users who are out of the office... are not logging in our Hubspot CRM. This causes gaps in the visibility of our customer interactions and communications. Also, missed calls into a shared phone number/call queue do not log into Hubspot or if they do it…
