    Significant time wasted putting calls through to people that are on Teams calls or meetings. Not a great service to our clients keeping them on hold whilst the call rings out

    As a company we rely on our Microsoft Teams status (NOT RC) to let our team know we are:away from our desk on lunch or breaksin a meetingon a phone callWe use RC for all calls with our customers and when a team member wants to transfer a call, it is not practical for them to check their Teams status first every time before transferring the RC call.   5. Take Microsoft Teams Location for 911 calls on your direct routing solution

    If you decide to use Microsoft Teams interface with Direct routing , 911 nomadic no longer works. But Teams can pass the data to Ring Central or other direct routing connection in case of 911 call. Without it Teams as a client is useless and shouldn't be sold.

  6. Sync MS teams Call logs to RC call logs

    Requesting feature to sync MS teams Call logs to RC call logs , so that whatever settings has beens set to MS teams will also tell the Call logs from RC call logs, for example user from MS teams placed status to dnd and all calls should be routed to voicemail as he sets settings to MS Teams allow voicemail, which means RC system and call logs will detect the MS teams app that user was on DND and the call logs of RC system should be showing sent to voicemail and not call connected.

  7. Grafana alert integration for MVP team messaging

    Grafana supports a number of mechanisms for alert notification. This includes integrations with Slack and Microsoft Teams, and it would be nice to have one for MVP as well. While the existing Webhook feature looks like it could be made to work, it doesn't look nearly as turnkey, and it doesn't promote use of MVP. Ref: Grafana notification integrations

    I sometimes need to make calls from the car so I'll have my team send me phone numbers via Microsoft Teams. It would be incredible if I could simply click on the phone number and have it dial for me.

  9. Allow External Direct Calling for Microsoft Teams

    Currently there is no way to make direct calls to external numbers in the RingCentral Microsoft Teams Plugin. This functionality would be helpful to make a direct call instead of only conference calls.

  10. Outbound Caller ID Switch Options on RingCentral for Microsoft Teams

    If a user has numbers for multiple states and/or countries, it would make it easier if on the dial pad, the caller id number selected will have a drop-down option so that other numbers can be selected. The main RingCentral App has it. The other integrations should have it as well.

  11. Teams Direct Routing - RingCentral Tab/App for common tasks

    The request is for an app that can be deployed via the Microsoft Teams app gallery to add RingCentral controls to the side of the Teams client.
    This app should do the following:
    - Allow for SSO-Stay logged in-Give controls such as: Accept all calls -
    Deny all calls - Do not accept queue calls
    - Remote member management features like logging out of specific queues (this is available in native teams call routing functionality)
    - Be available on mobile
    These functions are not available in the Service Web page for an end user and popping out to the mobile…

  13. Microsoft Teams to ring first in call handling

    As Microsoft Teams integration is growing, where that is the primary endpoint to make and receive calls, Microsoft Teams (existing phone) should be able to be at the first position under call handling. In the situation where a customer needs 99.999% stability because their business depends on receiving and making calls, then they'd need the RC app open on their desktop in case the call never made it to MS Teams, therefore MS Teams would need to be number 1 in a sequential call handling list.
