It is possible to sync HubSpot contacts into a user's personal contact list, but only up to 10,000 contacts... and it doesn't make a lot of sense to me to only be able to sync them to a personal contact list, instead of a shared contact list.

Overview:

We are requesting the ability to sync our CRM contacts from Bullhorn to the RingCentral desktop and mobile applications. Given our CRM's extensive database of 100,000 contacts, we propose syncing a manageable subset of these contacts, as RingCentral's current capacity is 10,000 contacts.

Current State:

RingCentral's existing CRM integration performs a contact sync but does not extend to the RingCentral native applications. This integration operates through a beta CRM integration Chrome extension, which limits its functionality and user experience.

Request Details:

Sync Subset of Contacts: Implement a feature to allow syncing a subset of our Bullhorn CRM contacts directly to the RingCentral desktop and mobile applications. This ensures we stay within the 10,000 contact limit while accessing the most relevant contacts for our operations.

Enhanced Integration: Enhance the current beta CRM integration to ensure seamless flow of contact data to RingCentral's native applications. This will improve accessibility and usability for our team, streamlining our communication processes.

Better User Experience: Eliminates the need for a separate Chrome extension, providing a more integrated and streamlined user experience. This would benefit when the team is traveling, on the go, and allow the team to utilize all of RingCentral features without relying on the Browser extension to sync the contact data.

RC Contacts should be synced to Redtail and not just in the Unified CRM

Needs to sync the contacts of Hubspot with RC App Contacts, currently only Google and Microsoft contacts are available to sync.

Customer wants to show all their RC App Contacts to RC for Hubspot Contacts

Recently, we've integrated RC with HubSpot, but the RC Chrome extension is only synced with HubSpot records such as contacts and leads. It doesn't sync with the main RC directory. Consequently, we can't transfer calls from the extension and can only make internal calls using the desktop app since the directory isn't accessible via the extension. Our goal is to sync both directories to enable seamless communication.

Some users would want to have a contact list for Hubspot in the RC app. It would be more convenient. Currently, there's no option to sync in the contacts for Hubspot in the RC app.

Syncing Pipedrive contacts to the RC app

Our company synced our RingCentral account to our Zoho CRM, but the CRM contacts are not shared/synced back to RingCentral's contact database in either the RC desktop or mobile apps. Please add a feature to sync the contacts between the two systems.

Only our company contacts are showing RingCentral. But we have 7,653 customers in our CRM database that we want to populate here. We’ve completed the sync and we can initiate a call from the CRM, but the CRM contacts did not sync to the contacts listed in the RC app.
