  1. System wide custom fax cover sheet and API enhancement

    Customer would like to be able to upload a custom fax cover sheet for the business containing their logo and different information. Currently, each fax account needs to upload the custom cover to use. Being able to add additional cover sheets to the system and push down to all users would assist in streamlining this process. Having the API's to manage custom cover pages would also be a huge help.

  4. Send webhooks for Unified Presence events

    Hi RC Devs.Hope this is the right place to post this.In currently aware of that the new RingCentral App Presence is different from the Phone App Presecen on the API site, and since Phone is in progress of sun set (got info from your one of your devs) we need to move on to support your new App, including the white labeled solutions. Unfortunately we rely on Presence Events, and currently the Unified Presence is only available as a GET using the API.     Clinics in my area use this software listed for receiving faxes and be able to transfer these documents from their emails into their patient portal and share or transfer files through software as needed to be able to operate their clinic in a seamless manner.
