  3. We need a separate cell phone app for Texting so our employees can click one button to text. Currently, they need to open the Ring App and then find the text sub application then open a new text..

  4. Parked Call Visibility on RC or BT application

    It is more convenient for users to have visibility of parked calls using the desktop app.
    Sometimes, we tend to forget the location where we parked the call or we forget that we put the call on park. With this feature, we are aiming to reduce abandoned calls.

  6. I am not sure if this is a limitation of Microsoft's or RingCentral's or if this was just an oversight when the SCIM provisioning integration was built in Entra (formerly Azure AD). However, it would be nice if automatic provisioning could read the phone number assigned to a user in RingCentral and set the user's phone number in Entra.

  7. Customers who have experienced legitimate links sent by SMS signalled by Spam as end users will like to know the numbers that reported the spam.
    This will help them edit their mailing list and avoid their SMS from being tagged as Spam.

People love learning new things but people LOVE showing off the new things they have learned (bragging rights haha)The how to videos are great but a daily reminder or pop up will help keep all this amazing information locked in and relevant.. Daily useful tips/tricks for new and advanced users (essentially like a tiktok for RC)

  13. It is rather a pain having to change the voice mail message when out of the office and then have to change it back to the daily message when returning to the office. It would be great to have the option to have 2 message recordings, one for daily message and one for when out of office and just simply and quickly change the message back to the daily recording. The default recording in the app is not usable as it does not meet the requirements that our management wants in our messages. Would be great if we could change…

  14. Users should have more than two concurrent lines. Currently they have only two lines available to receive two concurrent lines/calls. But the third caller cannot call. With Mitel system we used to have 6 lines available.
