Zoom Integration
It would be great that RingCentral had some sort of integration with Zoom and other similar companies like zoom. So that we could provide a link or meeting code to people that use Zoom. Not everyone wants to join using RingCentral or have had issues with it in the past, so they are reluctant to get on a call or video call unless they use their platform. RedTail Integration independent of Browser
RedTail integration should not be limited by the web browser. Currently, RingCentral can only integrate using Google's Chrome browser. This is unacceptable and non-standard for the financial services industry (which widely uses RedTail). In fact, we have come across no other tech that requires a specific browser to integrate with RedTail. Please update.

A webhook for when a change in emergency location has been detected.
In the RingCentral system, when a user's location has been detected to have changed the RingCentral system prompts said user to update their emergency location. What we would like to be able to do is receive a web-hook event when this happens instead, which then allows our 3rd party service to request and receive a much more in-depth emergency location from the user, which we can then pass back to RingCentral for the call routing. Option to activate the text tool when the user is set up a new line.
It would be useful if you give the option to activate the text tool when the line is being activated, so the user who wants to use this tool can use it as soon as the line is activated, and thus avoid the user having to contact support to activate this function, as sometimes the cases cannot be easily opened to contact support because the page does not work and when trying to call sometimes there are no agents available, personally, I contacted support many times to get activated the text function and sometimes that takes days, and it's time…

Log calls to Salesforce that are initiated on our mobile app.
The request is that, when a call is initiated from the mobile app, it auto creates a task with the call details and memorializes this in Salesforce. This would be above and beyond the "offline logging feature" currently offered.

Tiered Ring Groups - Call Queues
Our previous PBX allowed tiered ring groups for call queues to help with overflow and temporary unavailability. Primary members could be added to any or all tiers for continuous ringing at their extensions. The intent is to have primary members answer all calls at all tiers along with not disturbing secondary members with the initial ringing.

Archiver (SFTP) to support auto-generated SSH key passwords.
Please add Azure SFTP with SSH as a solution to your archiver, Azure is the second largest cloud hosting provider, and yet no solution from RC. We want data secure within our environment and encrypted while in flight and at rest, the reason we want Azure with SSH.

More control over apps for team chats
We use various integrations with some of our chats that provide us updates from monitoring and status providers for our systems like Statuspage, OpsGenie, Pingdom, Jira, etc. The problem is that when the people who make the apps leave the company it breaks these integrations, and they are used by more than just the person who made them.
