WellSky Personal Care Formerly Clear Care
We currently use Wellsky Personal Care Formerly Clear Care for our client and Care Professional profiles, scheduling and additional needs. In the event of a call off we are attempting to reach out to several care pros at the same time, due to this with the current platform we are having issues with receiving the response back to the original sender. Integrating RingCentral into WellSky would provide a valuable and time saving method to reach our care pros and client needs at the same time.

Scheduled or time-based triggers in Workflow Builder
Triggers for workflows are around sms and calls, would be nice if I could trigger based on date and time as well. Like at 4pm say "Please check your time cards before leaving for the day team". I could do something like this via tasks and calendar but like the idea of being able to use it here also

integrate with HHA Exchange
HHA Exchange is the biggest Web-based system to manage homecare in more than 15 states of USA . There are more than a million patients' and over 2.5 million caregivers' are being processed through HHA Exchange. The agencies that uses HHA exchange, has a very high call volume to maintain the process. Integrating Ring Central with HHA Exchange will make the job easier for the users to maintain the workflow very well. Please look into it.

Show HUD subtab after call ends
I have the HUD subtab when I'm in the Phone tab of the RC app. Previously, before an update a few months ago, the RC app would remember the last selected subtab after a call ended, which was almost always HUD. Now, it always returns me to the Keypad subtab after a call.

Screenpop on a New browser window or tab | RC for Salesforce
Currently, the screen pop settings in RingCentral for Salesforce in lightning mode has the same behavior (Existing browser window).
It would be great if had an option for 'New browser window or tab' to work on Lightning mode.
This way, the screen pop will appear on a new window or tab whenever there's an incoming call.

Enable AI to become a Chat User
Create a "gateway" or "connector" to allow for AI to become a user in our messaging, possibly even a call or video participant. This connector allows for conversational AI with EXTERNAL systems and services. As an example, to integrate automations in Jira. Allowing external automations written to search Jira, and initiate a conversation with the "Assignee" or the "Requestor" - AI then converses and returns results and makes adjustments or changes in Jira.

Aptly
As a long-term customer, I would like to request approval for the integration of automated text messaging with Aptly. This would enable us to automatically send scheduling reminders to our residents.
After recently transitioning from Lead Simple to Aptly, we discovered that this feature is unavailable through RingCentral. This integration is crucial for our operations, particularly for our annual and biannual property checks, which require us to send 72-hour scheduling reminders and 24-hour courtesy reminders.

MS Teams deployment confirmation/visibility
Customers deploying the RingCentral embedded app for Microsoft Teams via the Teams Admin Center currently do not receive confirmation or visibility into which groups successfully received the deployment.
Problem Statement
When a customer uses the Teams Admin Center to deploy the MS Teams embedded app, the deployment process completes without any success message or indication of which groups have received the app. This lack of feedback makes it difficult to confirm whether the deployment was successful or to troubleshoot any issues.Requested Enhancement:

RingCentral for Teams Desktop Plugin integration with Zoho CRM
We have setup RingCentral for Teams Desktop Plugin and the sync presence appears to work well, however we have found that if we uninstall RingCentral Desktop App (to just use RingCentral for Teams Desktop Plugin) , then click to dial from Zoho doesn't work.
If we keep the RingCentral Desktop app installed (as well as RingCentral for Teams Desktop Plugin), then in bound calls cause two notifications to appears on our screen.
Can this be fixed so that we can use RingCentral for Teams Desktop Plugin and still keep click to dial in Zoho?

Call forwarding in RingCentral for Outlook
I’d like to suggest a new feature for the RingCentral integration with Microsoft Outlook. It would be incredibly helpful if users could manage their call forwarding settings directly within the Outlook interface.
Right now, managing call forwarding requires switching back and forth between RingCentral and Outlook, which can disrupt workflow. If we could set up and adjust call forwarding settings right from Outlook, it would make the process much easier and more efficient.

Add a Message Store API endpoint that allows you to pull messages for all or a selection of extension ids
The existing Message Store "List Messages" endpoint requires you to run it for each individual extension id, whether or not that extension has any messages for the specified time period (dateFrom to dateTo). This is incredibly inefficient if you have a large number of SMS enabled extensions.
I had hoped that the Message Exports "Create Message Store Report" would allow me to pull this data more efficiently, but it takes forever to complete, so it can't reliably be run frequently.

Could you create a Workflow template where your presence will auto-change in the RingCentral app based on your office hours or set hours? For example, if you don't work on weekends, your presence should auto-change to Invisible or DND.
