Live report access for users that is not a Super Admin
Ability for other users that is not Super Admin to access/view the live reports. Since some owners doesn't want other users to access the Admin Portal as Super admin and make changes.

This is available already.
Create a dashboard, and display it in the call center.

This would be a wonderful layer of customer service. Call center reps would have visibility of how many calls are waiting in the queue, who is currently off the queue (super helpful for breaks and lunch coverages) and calls abandoned.
