RNA State Duration option

option for either an automated change from RNA to Available or the ability to set a specific duration for RNA before the status automatically changes to Available.

    RNA needs to go away or have a set duration time. It causes more issues then helps. Lariana and Daniel both have great points as well.

    Definitely need a way to either have a missed call go automatically go back to available or have a timer in RNA status threshold to automatically switch to available.

    Completely agree, having an RNA State Duration option in RingCX would be incredibly helpful. Allowing the system to automatically switch from RNA to Available after a set duration would not only improve overall agent availability but also help prevent misuse of the RNA status to avoid calls. This would make queue management smoother and ensure fairer workload distribution across the team.
