Right now, multiple extensions can log in to the account, but it would be better if we can have those multiple extensions ring the single app once direct numbers are dialed without the need to switch on the accounts for phone calls.

I have multiple numbers on the account including digital line, auto-receptionist, and direct number
I want to have a feature where I can create a custom rule on the account where I can click it and it will apply to all of the numbers on the account without assigning a template for every extension or creating a custom rule for each extension -

On top of this, it will be helpful as well if sender will receive a notification that the recipient tagged a message as spam to control and update the recipient's list.

Looking for option in creating grouped contacts more than 50 entries. We would like to have the option to select entries up to 100, 200 or 500 entries. As of the moment its limited to 50 entries only.

Remove ability for extensions to receive voicemails
We have a few extensions in our retail store that should NOT be receiving voice messages. How can we make an extension set so that there is no ability for it to receive a voice message?
