The "workaround" is unacceptable. If I turn off the "use headset control buttons to answer, end and mute phone calls" I lose the ability to do just that with my RC softphone.
This is a user hostile and anti-competitive "feature". This needs to be resolved ASAP.

Yes, this is a critical and basic feature to have! We have customers that are migrating from Mitel Connect and they expect this feature to be available!

The Teams app loading is horribly slow. I abandoned it immediately. It took upwards of 30 seconds to load on my PC. If you want to offer this feature, make it work well.

I don't RingCentral would want a customer to easily get rid of licenses, thus reducing subscription costs. However, I do agree this would be a great feature to have!

Agreed! We have a lot of school districts that need multicast paging to their phones in case of emergency. The config is simple to do, but time consuming as a partner because we have to touch every single phone. RC can add it to their config, but want wayyyyy too much money to make it happen.
Stop being greedy and help your customers have a better experience!

I find it quite odd that I can't transfer calls between CX and EX. Especially since it "is" RingCentral's contact center.
Single Pane of Glass enabled I can hover the mouse cursor over my favorite contacts and the transfer button will appear. When I click the transfer button, I just get a generic error message that states "Transfer Failed".
These half baked products are really making me unhappy with RingCentral as a whole.
