    Use Case:
For customers wanting to use RingCentral Video as a solution for telemedicine, they need RCV to notify Hosts when a patient joins their scheduled or PMI RCV meeting.
The "Someone joined your meeting" notification should work both in the RC App as well as via the APIs, for use with our integrations partners like Epic.
    Problem Statement:
Right now, medical offices are struggling to know when patients join a telemedicine appointment. Right now, they are either having to put staff in telemedicine appointments and wait for patients to show up or staff doesn't end up knowing that a patient has already joined.
Also, the "Someone joined my meeting" API is a core requirement for our future RCV integration with Epic
    Feature request:
Create a notification within the RC APP header bar that lets a user know when someone has either joined one of their scheduled meeting or their PMI meeting. Give them a one-click option to then join that meeting directly
Create a "Someone joined my meeting" notification on the Platform level that sends API notification when someone joins a scheduled or PMI meeting to the meeting host (and maybe "Schedule on behalf of" users). The API notification should include information like the name of the users who joined when they joined, and what device they joined from.

The request is to add Live Reactions to RCV meetings. Live Reactions makes it easy for people to express their feeling and feedback in real-time during a meeting.
    - Meeting participants should be able to select Love, Haha, Wow, Sad or Angry, Agreed, Disagree.
    - Live Reactions should also be timestamped and captured in the Chat thread.
    - Live Reaction should also be somethings that are stored and retrievable via the APIs for analysis by the analytics tools.
    - Live Reactions should appear in real-time and disappear quickly so host and participants can get a sense of how people are responding to the content. Live reactions are like being able to hear and see the crowd when you hit a home run.
    - Live Reactions should also be captured in the transcription, so that those analyzing the transcripts can get a good sense of how people were responding.
    - Live Reactions are found on both Social Media platforms and competing video products.

Allow RCV to separate into two separate screens
One screen would be dedicated to content sharing
The other screen would show the full gallery of participants
Then if one window is closed, the remaining window would go back to single screen mode.

Use case: Admins are dealing with a high volume of turnover and need to be able to quickly manage both enabled and disabled users. Example: An admin has been tasked with freeing up licenses of 47 people who recently left the company. Some of these users are still enabled with others having already been disabled. Current limitation: Admins cannot select and delete users that are both enabled and disabled. Trying to do shows a message saying "You cannot delete users that are in the current status" without showing them how many or the names of the users that are enabled. Trying to bulk disable the users gives a message saying "You only need to select users that are in Enabled state" without showing them how many users are disabled or enabled and without showing them the names of the users that are impacting this.Feature request:
Allow for the bulk deleting of both active and disabled users. Give admins proper warnings by showing them the quantity and names of the users.
Allow for the bulk disabling of bo active and disabled users by skipping the users that are already disabled. Give admins proper visibility into how many users and the names of the users that are disabled.
