More options for admins when managing Security Roles
Admins need to be able to manage and delete security roles and manage users quickly and effectively. For example, if an Admin has created and tested a new custom security role with the purpose of extending analytics capabilities to end users and the admin needs to delete the old security role, reassign all the users to the new security role, and make reassign a few more users to a different security role. Within the workflow of deleting a security role, an admin is not given visibility into how many users will be impacted, is not shown what named users will be impacted, and is not given an option to bulk reassign all users to a new security role. Admins are forced to assign all impacted users the default security role. Within the workflow of deleting a security role, the request is to give the Admin:
- visibility into how many users will be impacted (quality)
- the names of users that will be impacted
- the option to bulk reassign all impacted users to a new security role
- the option to individually reassign each user to a specific security role

Use case: Admins are dealing with a high volume of turnover and need to be able to quickly manage both enabled and disabled users. Example: An admin has been tasked with freeing up licenses of 47 people who recently left the company. Some of these users are still enabled with others having already been disabled. Current limitation: Admins cannot select and delete users that are both enabled and disabled. Trying to do shows a message saying "You cannot delete users that are in the current status" without showing them how many or the names of the users that are enabled. Trying to bulk disable the users gives a message saying "You only need to select users that are in Enabled state" without showing them how many users are disabled or enabled and without showing them the names of the users that are impacting this.Feature request:
Allow for the bulk deleting of both active and disabled users. Give admins proper warnings by showing them the quantity and names of the users.
Allow for the bulk disabling of bo active and disabled users by skipping the users that are already disabled. Give admins proper visibility into how many users and the names of the users that are disabled.
