    When no desk phone is paired in the RingCentral app, the AI transcribe features work. When a desk phone is paired, the button is grayed out and not useable.

    Scenario: He is on a call with x person and y person and there's an incoming call. He wants to be able to answer the incoming call without the current call being on hold so x and y person can still speak with each other while he's on a call without them hearing it or without conferencing the call altogether. Cx wants to know if there is a phone capable of that or if there is a setting or if there is none.
