Customer would like to have an option in our Admin Portal where they can choose an area code for their Vanity Number, not just the 800, 833, 844, 855, 866, 877, 888, 899 etc numbers that is just on our system. They want something like a local area code and then put in just a vanity number they prefer.

48 votesAn IT admin can set meetings to start recording automatically whenever a host or moderator joins.End users can also do the same via Settings>Meetings in service.ringcentral.com. This has been available for several years and is configured in the Admin Portal under company meeting settings. See Configuring company meeting settings.

Customer wants to have a view under Analytics reports for SMS logs. So they can check who among their users sends the most number of SMS. Its difficult to check it in the Admin Portal SMS log one by one as per the customer.
