This idea is listed as Needs More Information - for RingCX, we would like to see different de-queuing options like we have in RingEX where you can set the system to ring all available agents simultaneously, fixed order or longest idle.

This would be great to add. There is a native API Apple provide to integrate this functionality into video conferencing apps, so this should be a fairly easy addition to develop into the product.
