Create a custom rule that the extension will answer the call can be change automatically by week schedule. For example ext1 will answer the call on this week on monday then next week monday it will be ext2 then on next mond it's ext 3.

Currently, SMS is only allowed to archive for individual extensions, but we are hoping that ADMINS will have the ability to archive SMS for all users/numbers in their system for record retention purposes.

RingCentral app support polycom phones for called number CNAM when the caller’s number is added on the personal contacts. Same behavior when using RingCentral app when calling the main company number.

366 votesUpdated 9/8/23: This has been moved to Q1 2024Hi everyone, this is planned as a two parter: coming in December 2022, users will be able to select which number their outbound texts are sent through in settings. Coming later in 2023, users will be able to select their outbound number in the separate messaging window (not just in settings). This only addresses outbound caller ID.
