It is very important to have more storage retension. I have had calls from 6-12 months ago that I require to hear the call recordings for legal issues.

Many users want a common or different Fax Number to show up on the Fax Cover Sheet. The only way to make the number available for the Cover sheet is to make it a Company Number (ie auto receptionist) and perhaps route it via a Custom Rule. ***However***, Customer Rules do not apply to faxing! So RingCentral needs to make the Fax Cover Sheet field for 'fax number' have the ability to select any number on the account (or site).
