An error occurred while saving the comment evagelos commentedThe system will play an announcement to press 1 to confirm the call on an external phone outside of the Ring Central Platform. You are able to disable that for all direct calls, but for Call Queue Calls, you cannot set the option to "never" or disable it. i needs this functionality added and have the option to turn this feature off and just answer the phone immediately after the agent picks up their phone.
