Hi everyone, while there is great value in understanding the experience of our customers, we have heard the feedback, and we have greatly reduced the frequency of this particular survey on agents calls. -

When we get a call, and it rings to multiple people, that call should not show up as missed for everyone else that did not pick it up.
For some reason, I am the only one that can see the text messages for our main company line. The whole ring group assigned to that number should be able to see the text messages, so that nothing gets missed.
