I would like to know more about this concept of a 911 SMS notification.
We have used the email to SMS notification feature on our after hours voicemail as an emergency call out for many years. However, now the mobile carriers are no longer supporting the email to SMS functionality, and that remains to be the only way I am aware of RingCentral will send out SMS notifications of new messages or calls.
If you know another way, please let me know!

This is no longer important as the mobile phone carriers are no longer widely supporting email to SMS. RingCentral needs to convert to a direct SMS notification instead of relying upon email.

I work in the field with administrative support in the office. I would like to be able to go to any conversation, direct or team, and just like taking a photo and posting it, I would like an option to record a voice note and post it. The voice notes might be an action item like a task, so it would be nice to be able to mark it as such. Or, it might just be notes for staff to transcribe into a client file. This could also be very helpful for medical offices. I know that we can use speech to text in order to post to a conversation, but an actual voice note would eliminate confusion from erroneous autocorrect.

I continue to receive "warnings" that the old app will be disabled soon. How can you do that without the new app being complete? Our organization might have to switch over to Microsoft Teams if you force a conversion to an app that isn't complete yet.
People think that our representatives are just choosing not to respond. It makes us look back and causes poor online reviews!
