Enable replying to the tasks
I am sorry to say but you have made my work life miserable by making your incomplete app mandatory to me. You should not have launched a new app without solving the errors in it. First I was not able to sort my teams in folders, which is now solved, and thank you for that, secondly, there is a character limit on the tasks, please remove the limit, I can't reply to the tasks. Tasks should be visible all the time, minimal clicks and scrolls should be required to reach anywhere. Keep it simple like before. Don't complicate things. PLEASE!Just bring all the features into the new app that we had in the classic app or give users the option to use the classic app until you perfect your new app.

Like the tasks so far but, the task description/notes textbox isn't resizable?! 2 lines of text is all we get?

Task replies are now live as of version 21.2.10, released last week on 4/14/2021!

RC Classic allowed all members in a group to comment on all tasks. That is not available in the new RC App.

Our team agrees with Matthew Plummer's sentiment. The new app feels like a step backward as it lacks features of the old app. The reply to task feature is very important to us for internal task and bug tracking. Many have resisted upgrading just for this reason alone. Without the ability to reply to asks in the same thread, posts to different tasks merge and become chaotic.

Please add the feature where you can add COMMENTS or NOTES to TASKS as it is a very useful tool so the person you are transferring the tasks to will know the history or the story of a certain task

I continue to receive "warnings" that the old app will be disabled soon. How can you do that without the new app being complete? Our organization might have to switch over to Microsoft Teams if you force a conversion to an app that isn't complete yet.

In the new RC app, I am unable to reply to a task. In the classic app, a pane comes up on the right but in the new app, there is just a pop-up box.

Keeping track of all comments made by our staff which are related to a specific task has been a really useful and important tool for us. If we use direct messages or messages within teams we can't go back to them easily and we wouldn't know which specific task the message was related to. The option to reply within tasks is available in the ringcentral classic app so we definitely expected it in the new app but since it isn't we'll keep using the classic app and not update to the new one until that feature is added.

I believe that the pc app and the web based app should have the same features. The Mobile app lets you reply to individual tasks but the PC and Web base does not. This feature is a must if using tasks unless you want to make a new team for each task.
