I completely agree with Cory’s point. The inability to send messages to our company toll-free number disrupts a critical part of our management workflow. This number is not just a contact point—it’s a key channel for providing technical support to our external customers. The ability to receive MMS is especially valuable, as it allows us to quickly diagnose and resolve issues with visual context, improving both response time and customer satisfaction
