There is a new flag available in RingEX Integration to provide ACE permissions to pull contact data.

Thanks for sharing this idea! We’re happy to let you know that this feature is now available — you can now set a Caller ID name (CNAM) for an individual phone number directly from the Admin Portal.

Today, guests joining a meeting can do so entirely from the browser. Signed-in users are directed to the RingCentral app for the full meeting experience, including features like recordings, annotations, and AI Notes that aren't available in the older browser-only experience. We're continuing to look at ways to streamline this for browser-based joins.
Would love to have a specific feature for our Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports for our Video Recordings on our analytics to see which users are recording the meeting and not having to go through each individual recording.
