An error occurred while saving the comment Shane commentedI am a partner with RingCentral and suport many customers on the rental program with RingCentral. I am getting this Red Triangle that appears at the top of each rental phone. This is very annoying to my customers and we need this feature request to be approved and have engineers address this issue. Just get it fixed.

My Receptionist is older and needs more time to transfer calls internally. When she presses transfer she needs more time to press the extension number then call to create a warm transfer. We need that to be at least 30 seconds long before an automatic transfer occurs.
