Fax Outbound Caller ID number
the outbound fax number in transmission results should show the DID of the user NOT the main number to avoid confusion on the side of the sender

Allow all users to use dedicated fax number for outbound faxing in cover page.currently only one ext that is allowed which is the ext set up to receive faxes for the dedicated fax number.
