Please do this. There's no reason to not be able to remove the company number from caller ID options. Callers get ahold of our main number because agents didn't change their caller ID setting and we get calls from customers in departments that cannot help the customers. There should also be a way to force users' caller IDs to be set on the back end so I can just bulk change every phone's caller ID to be blocked or display the agent's direct number.
