Option to remove main company number for outbound caller ID settings
Hi, On behalf of Mr. Alex Moore of TowerPoint. The customer would like to have the option to remove the main company number as an outbound caller ID number for other users in the account. Currently, the numbers that will appear as an option for outbound caller ID are the main number, direct number, and number assigned to the auto-receptionist. Customer wants for their users to only have the direct number as an option to set up as an outbound caller ID.

Please do this. We should have the option to remove company number from caller ID options. Callers get a hold of our main number because agents didn't change their caller ID settings. We would like to control the numbers available as the Outbound Caller ID for tour users. We would like to be able to have them restricted by department, site, or via template.

Please do this. There's no reason to not be able to remove the company number from caller ID options. Callers get ahold of our main number because agents didn't change their caller ID setting and we get calls from customers in departments that cannot help the customers. There should also be a way to force users' caller IDs to be set on the back end so I can just bulk change every phone's caller ID to be blocked or display the agent's direct number.

While outboud call user is able to select IVR numbers also after doing all restriction. We need to select only user's primary number only while dialing outbound call

We just setup a call center. We have no way of preventing our call center staff from using this as their outbound caller ID. Hence our main company number gets flagged as potential spam.
