The customer requests that specific business hours be displayed in the audit trail, both before and after any changes are made.

Hi all, there's a DND Sync on hardphone toggle that may need to be enabled for your account if presence sync is not working as expected. Please contact support for assistance in getting this enabled on your account!

We formally request that RingCentral enhance the synchronization of the Do Not Disturb (DND) feature upon activation from the Mitel 480 device. This improvement would significantly optimize our communication processes and ensure seamless integration between our systems.
DND on Phone to DND on App: When a user presses the DND key on the Mitel 480 desk phone, the RingCentral platform should immediately recognize the change and update the user's presence and call routing status to "Do Not Disturb" across all associated softphone applications (Desktop, Web, Mobile).

Please note that the User Settings is cheked/selected but in the admin portal, Users tab was not there when using Phone System Admin Role. Please review permissions/access intended for this role. So as with Company settings, site option is not available too as company info is grade out.
